Had several packages stolen from my mailbox. Went to talk to them in person, the clerk said he'd try to get someone named Jarrod to come talk to me and forward a message to the carrier for my street. Jarrod refused to talk to me, so the guy said to call back and ask for Dan. I called the next morning and talked to Dan. I asked him to tell my carrier to deliver packages in the entryway instead of the mailbox so it wouldn't stick out and people on the street wouldn't see it. He didn't think that would help for some reason, but said he'd forward the word along. Next package I received via USPS was a book I'm donating to children for Christmas, and it was bent and shoved into my mailbox. Nope, not cool. None of this shit matters to them, but it matters to the recipients of the packages, so they should do what we ask.

Apparently, the US carriers just hand packages to random people. A Carrier did just that with my package!! I have never had this happen before. I am severely disappointed in the USPS.
