nobody answers the phone. neither agent nor operator. been calling non-stop 5:00-5:20 on a Wednesday.

Received 3 letters at my address to 2 unknown persons. I took these, unopened, down to the post office on Liberty and explained that was my address but do not know these 2 individuals. They received the letters and said they would take care of it. Two days later these same 3 letters showed up in my mail box with "AWK" or "ANK" scribbled in blue marker pen on each piece.. There is also a blue marker dash on each piece. I am going to take these 3 letters back down to the post office on Liberty this morning. If they show up again in my mailbox, I will mail them, unopened, to the companies that sent them (2 are from a company called AidVantage out of Greenville, TX, and one is from SiriusXM out of Peewaukee, WI).

Carrier’s refuse to take outgoing mail despite several formal complaints, and the employees refuse to answer the phone! One out of three of my packages are “delayed” until I put a search out for them. They just don’t seem to care about anything and there’s no accountability whatsoever. This office needs to be permanently shut down. Useless. Total waste of taxpayer money. Period.

Not a review, but a concern , my daughter a university student was crossing on Division street today and fell in the street. She was pretty shaken up and worried about getting struck by a car, after getting up and getting safely across the street, one of your mail carriers (a women), yelled from her mail truck "idiot!" Right at her. She actually opened her window yelled at her and then slammed the window. Maybe this person working that route should learn basic compassion.
