Per Tracking, Package was "forwarded" to 48335 address on 9/9/2022 but never delivered to the residence. Per Tracking, item was marked "Return to Sender" on 9/12/2022. Zero info on available on why package was not delivered, why recipent was not notified package was taken back to PO and zero phone service for customer support at the 12 Mile Rd. PO. This is not bad service - this is no service. What is going on at the PO on 12 Mile Road in Farmington Hills, MI?!

No one was at the counter this morning at around 9 so I left a prepaid postage package on the counter. I usually get an email conformation and I did not get one. The tracking number is 9405 5112 0206 1704 1477 51. Please let me know if you received it.

Whoever manages this branch (if that's even applicable) needs to be replaced. I tried multiple times this morning to call, and each time it timed out after no one picks up. Someone apparently made a mistake and inadvertantly connected my call. However the woman did not respond to me, but talked with other employees. She must have talked for 5 minutes about being tired so taking care of other people's sh*t. All this time I shouted into the phone, before I hung up as she continued to degrade people. Totally unproductive and unprofessional.

Congratulations to the dumbarse staff here who have zero idea about Poster 7. You know the Rules and Regulations that govern the USPS. Sadly it seems to be a condition that afflicts most USPS employees.

I have a new business in Farmington Hills. We have not had mail picked up and delivered in 7 days! Tried calling post office, no answer. Went to post office and group of complaining customers were basically told to go away because their last employee just walked off the job. Does the post office have some obligation to deliver the mail? I have important papers I am waiting on. This is unacceptable.

I live in the City of Farmington on Glenview Dr. We have not received mail delivery for four now five days - no explanation.

Pretty much useless. Impossible to phone them.

This is the worst post office ever. They have list 3 of my packages. 2 i got back only after i complained. the third one they cant find. How does a package disappear? They really need to do better in hiring people. The lack of care about your packages is not there. They need new management to take over and hold people accountable.

The residence at 34450 Freedom Rd., West of Farmington Rd., has a mail box stuffed with mail. I don't know if the residents have moved. Bags of newspapers have been left there for weeks. I'd hate for someone to get their hands on mail in this box, not for them.

I have priority mail suppose to be forwarded to Ariz for winter but 2ndifferent times so far no mail! Nobody answers phone at post office or calls you back! I’m paying for this service 19.00 a week! I’m really fet up their customer service stinks! No where to turn for help either they just ignore you! The one girl told me Ingot no mail for a whole week which I get something everyday! They need to fix these problems! What about the poor customer???

The Almighty God brought the Edomites there against me for my transgressions of his commandments. They used a Jake to fort their desires but the Most High made him fail, showing me how wicked Edomites can be and just how far their arm reach is. The Most High also allowed it to go beyond the USPS well into the United States Federal Government showing them to be a grand clan. They have exposed themselves and their deceitful ways, and I pray that the Most High 100% convince them to right the wrong done to me and other workers past and present.

We have not received the mail for Tuesday and Wednesday. Our outgoing mail has been in the box since Monday evening. You are not answering your phone. What's up? I am in zip code 48331

Yet one more star for this miserably mismanaged excuse for a Postal Service. As a person confined to a wheelchair I rely upon caregivers for all manner of errands. When I asked my caregiver, who happens to be Afro-American, to retrieve my accumulated mail from this location she met with a bureaucratic stone wall. Not only did I arm her with my photo ID, the confirmation number for the hold, and a sample of my signature, some clerk at this branch still found all these things totally insufficient. So I even messaged her a signed note authorizing her by name to pick up my mail. Some supervisory sort still refused to honor my request. Apparently, I have to fill out yet another esoteric government form. So now I have to cough up over 200+ dollars to get wheelchair accessible transportation over to the Post Office just to pick up my bills. Is this Service? I think not. It's simply bureaucratic obstructionism! And I think the case could be made that it's a willfully discriminatory violation of Civil Rights.

It is 7pm, Saturday 2-2-2019. We have not received mail since Tuesday. When is our mail coming? I understand Wednesday and Thursday but not Friday and Saturday. Also, our mailbox area is cleared of all snow. This is ridiculous.

Is the mail I should have gotten on Wednesday Thursday and Friday That would have been Jan 30, 31 and feb1 come on Monday feb 4. I am missing mail that was suppost to on those days. Only got one day today. Only got mail on tues and today. I get emails telling me what I am getting Some of the mail that I was to get was/is important. Haven’t gotten mail on a Monday in over a month

im very dissatified with the farmington hills post office!! many days mail delivery has been hit or miss or not received, i’ve been down there in person twice now (2 separate occasions) to pick up a certified letter or package- which could not be located- apparently a communication break down w/carrier. also just recently, i’ve been waiting for a package that has not yet been delivered (according to tracker- shipment was accepted @ the post office 12-6-18 5:00 am)- its now dec 12th- no delivery as of yet! i tried calling- no one answers the phone. i speak w/neighbors- same thing about not receiving mail daily. who do i reach or contact that can resolve this issue?? kind regards kimmy

Totally useless automated service - can't get through to a live agent. Menu functions ask for tracking numbers even if there is no package involved. No one answers the phone when you call the direct number as it says the business office is closed during the stated business hours. They have lost my packages on multiple occasions, even when the address is on the box and in the box. Suspect there must be a theft ring operating within the postal service

Repeat issues. This week two packages not delivered. Went to the post office since they were supposed to have the box, but told it was on the truck for delivery. That was four days ago. Still no package. Second delivery is two days past the promise date.

It's 1:34pm EST on a Saturday, and the 248 number says to call back during business hours M-F 8:30am-6pm and Saturday 9-2:30pm. The 800 number has a 1 hour and 5-7 minute wait time. And I just saw the USPS truck deliver on my street with no package for me even though it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and the tracking online says the new delivery date is today.

Mail not delivered everyday. Four people using this address and no mail about twice a week.

We are a business, and have not received any mail in over 1 week. I have tried everything that I can to get the post office to deliver the mail here correctly. Our building used to be the post office. Sad to say they still deliver items for themselves here. I am at loss as to what to do.

I live in Richland Gardens sub and we have a new person delivering the mail. Our mail does not come until after 6 PM each day. I know it's only been a few weeks but I can't understand why the late delivery every day. I can't even put out going mail in my box because I don't know when it will be picked up or processed thru the system. Previously if our area was last on the route we always received our mail by 3 PM. I don't want to really complain yet but still I would like to know what is going on.

This is ludicrous. Where the heck is our mail? It usually comes around 2pm and last week it came after 6 pm and one day last week it did not show up at all. Saturday I received mail i usually get on Wednesday. Last night it came at 7:40 pm and tonight no show again. Grrrr.......

I mail several item in the mail box outside the post office, it been two weeks and items have not been receive, so I'm wondering if items are still in mail box or lost in the mail, I find it hard to believe all the items I put in mail box are lost, I called and of course I cant get a real person or no one return my called,,,, so sad people cant be return called or u cant get a real person to talk to sad sad sad can anyone ever do their J-O-B

They should just close the post office all together. It is a waste of time. You cannot get a live person to save your life. NO one answers the phone or calls back. I just wanted to schedule a pick up for a package but the 1800 number and the 248-324-3485 numbers are useless. They send you around and around and back and forth to the same two numbers. So frustrating in this era of life. How could the government parcel system be so Ridiculous! Please go back to pony express

Called this office and the Southfield office and could not physically speak to someone regarding setting an appointment for a passport. Ridiculous! Don't mislead and say make an appointment and there is no one to speak to!
