Your substitute worker didn't delivery my package to my address. The tracking says it was left at my front door which is not true. I've been sitting here all day and Not 1 postman come to leave a package here cause I would have saw them. So my package was left somewhere else. You need to train them to pay more attention to the addresses because a couple of weeks ago a package was left at the wrong address but my neighbor put it at the CORRECT door.
I wish I could say all kinds of nice things about the Grand blanc post office.... but after calling 3 or 4 times trying to get someone to help they never answered the phone. Whats the problem over there no one wants to work.. truly disappointed.
Mailed a birthday card at Ascension Genesys in Grand Blanc to an address 4 miles away at 6am on April 08, 2021. It's now April 11, 2021 and the recipient still hasn't received it. I was certain it would have arrived on April 10th.
You are taking to long to send out our mail it was to be sent out on the 17th delivered by the 21st. And it is still sitting in your post offcie delivered. Thank for running a disabled child's Christmas I've made it very clear to the rest of my family never to use the post office ever again to use FedEx or UPS they're reliable and on time and sometimes even early you use the post office you don't get what you pay for do you you need to reimburse my knees for the package delivery very unsatisfied customer.9405509205568230886887
Woman at front desk is extremely mean and rude. She refuses to help and just keeps calling for the next person in line. I asked for a manager or supervisor and she said there is no one here. This seems unreasonable. I accidently dropped my bank envelope in the mail slot and asked her to retrieve it back out. I need the money for my kids. I am low income. She said she does not have time to help me. This is not the first time that this woman has been this way. I have seen her be this way with other people too. I went back 2 days later to see if it was found at the end of the day and she did the same thing again.
No postal worker in sight and no delivery of mail or the package that was due today. This is not unusual as of the past month or more. We are recieving mail most days after 5pm. This is ridiculous.
I was on hold for 20 minutes...I finally hung up when it was apparent that my, seemingly simple, question regarding our PO Box was not going to be answered.
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at Grand Blanc USPS location.
