Postal Locations

my adress 9304 S. Evergreen Rd, Baldwin MI 49304. When the sub delivery person is delivering the mail I either ghet none or the mail is delivered to someone else. The name of that street was Timber Trail, NOT EVEN CLOSE. I get my newspaper on thursday for 20 years, onweek of June 1 I got nothing. This is a on going thing. Please help

This website doesn't include delivery hours or routes. I live in the downtown area and my mail arrives after noon every day. An I don't understand why. It would be nice if there was map that showed the downtown delivery route and what time they start and end. If I knew they started deliveries at noon and ended at 6pm. It might help me understand why my mail arrived in the afternoon.

Today is April 30, 2021. This morning we picked up several get well cards at our local post office. They were post marked March 31, 2021. The cards were for my mother who passed away April 11, 2021. It would have been nice for her to see them. It is unacceptable to take a month to go from Grand Rapids to Ceresco Michigan.

I do a lot of online shopping. For some reason when a package gets to the GR post office it can set there for up to a week before it makes it to the Caledonia post office. This is beyond unacceptable. If you were not a government operation you would be out of business for the poor service. I’ve also tracked my packages going as far away to Hawaii before it was delivered!

I have read all the reviews, does it do any good. (No) I'm wondering why. I mailed a christmas box on 12/11 to North Carolina, As of today12/24 no-one can tell me what happen. I had a case number, after 3 days someone closed the case without being resolved, A over paided post worker said I would hear within 3 days. Not a email, phone, or text. Now, 12/24 I have a new case number and have to wait another 3 days. I did call the locate postoffice in Hickory NC where the box would go to. She was able to track the package and said it looked like the package never left Grand Rapids. I have called again the 1-800 number waiting for a call back now. It saddens me, people of today don't care about their jobs or do they want to help people and that is their job.

I perfectly understand it is Christmas time. However, my package has been sitting in Grand Rapids for over a week now from Macy's. Its going to Montague. Basically up the street. Please hire some responsible and smart employee's.

My package tracking showed it to be in Grand Rapids, MI and to be delivered to my address in Caledonia, MI Thursday Dec 9. You then shipped it to Illinois and it came back to Grand Rapids. You now have shipped it to Pennsylvania. I called the post office directly and they can't track it because they are too busy

Is the mail still picked up from drop boxes? If not, what is the best way to mail a letter without having to enter a building?

I currently have 3 packages apparently stuck in the Grand Rapids post office from anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 days... What is going on in Grand Rapids? No updates at all on the tracking...

It is December 2nd and they have had my package since November 21with no shipping update since it arrived at GR post office! I’m starting to see a trend! Maybe this office should be closed permanently!

The Walker Michigan Post Office is in need of a landscaper. Please take a look at the outside area of your westside Post Office it is an eyesore to the neighborhood. Weeds are 4 foot high even ones with prickers haven't been pulled the grass is terrible. Please care about our westside by getting some nice bushes and plants also bark or something that at least looks nice. Thanks so much, Laurie

I have been tracking my package since May 20th. I’m being told it has been sitting in a Grand Rapids post office since May 21st. This is obsurd! Tell me my package isn’t lost!

I watched a USPS driver pull up to my house yesterday as I was in the garage, look at my house (address clearly marked on the house) then drive away. 5 minutes later I got a notification saying it was “unable to be delivered”. Since then I have not been able to speak to a real person from the USPS. The local station had me on hold until the call ended two minutes later

I called several times 776-1575 got message I'd be transferred to an operator it would ring maybe 5 times & then I'd get a busy signal. I'd like whomever over sees the Village of Dorr to PLEASE Contact me. I called the 800# provided & was told I had a hour wait. I'm waiting that's how IMPORTANT making contact is to me. Hopefully the battery on my landline phone doesn't die.

im having trouble with the delivery of a pkg. the post office employees were to busy to assist, the online site was no help, the destination post office was busy, the automated system didn't have the answer, when i was redirected i would have an hour and ten minute wait
