I was in my driveway n Saturday never received the second delivery attempt. I watched the lady on my street. Got note today Tuesday 5/30/23 saying final attempt. It was never delivered Saturday. Tried to reschedule without signing but system wouldn't let me go further. I work 930 to 6pm and cutting it close trying get to division office. Please be honest about delivery and making ppl run all over I paid a lot for delivery.

My pkgs were supposed to be delivered on 5/7/2023. Not delivered 5/8 either Notice said that couldn’t be delivered because of a gated community. I live on a private drive accessible to everyone. Driver failed to deliver because they didn’t look hard enough to find it. I retired from USPS and I worked as a Carrier plus many other Positions. Since retiring the service has deteriorated substantially. My pkgs is live plants so I will be documenting all correspondence to submit to businesses that I do business with. I realize you’re getting unnecessary volume of UPS transferred pkgs to deliver but that isn’t supposed to affect my Products Or businesses loss of profit by eliminating customers. Since email is probably not going anywhere but the 🗑️. Phone should be answered. I called GR number. Transferred to the GRWindow. Clerk/Robot nicely said the window doesn’t handle pkgs. Then Click-um. This isn’t Good service either. Do Better! Remember the customer that received Bad Service might decline to work for USPS because of it. Thank You

My package No. 9405503699300427138392 was suppose to be delivered to 550 W. Crosstown Parkway. Apt 401, Kalamazoo, MI. 49008. Instead the package keeps get delivered to my old address which is 1410 Oak street. Apt N. Kalamazoo, Mi 49008; 2 blocks away. The last notification was back to the Gr. Distribution Center. which was December 27th 2022 at 6:31 pm, Can you direct my package to the 550 W. Crosstown address/ My phone is 269-599-7840 for the proper drop off. I have a package that has not been delivered. It shows that it is at your facility since December 20, 2002 at 11:04 A.M. which it arrived. I have yet to get it. The tracking # is 9400116901725633414785. I have contacted Amazon who says they shipped it on the 8th of December. Please let me know the status of this package. I have two packages that arrived to your facility and now have gone missing. Both say they left facility. One of the packages has been under the same status since Feb 2nd. It’s now Feb12th. Called usps customer service and no one is helping me. This is crazy, where is my package???

The Grand Rapids Annex is behind most of the problems! My packages come in there, and instead of being placed on the truck to my town, it goes to Kalamazoo, Michigan! Then back to Grand Rapids Michigan! Looks like the personnel need a brush up on procedures where each trucks packages are to go! This happens all the time! I would have my package today, but some lamebrain put it on the truck to Kalamazoo! Now I have to wait till it gets back to Grand Rapids and hopefully delivered to my house. Sometimes I wonder if these Trump insurrectionists are working at these places and creating this mass confusion on where the packages are supposed to go! Why do I have to write this complaint every time I buy something? Worst excuses and service EVER!

I'm still waiting for a package with tracking number 9405511899223865886652 which arrived at this location on December 9, 2020 and has no record of leaving the facility. I have already submitted a request to the USPS and my local post office has followed up, but still no updates. My local post office believes based on the tracking information that it's still at the GR Annex. Thank you.
