I have a home in Golden Eye Valley Asso on Rapids Drive off Shonfield which is a private road. Daisy is Our regular carrier and is wonderful! She is off now however and the substitute for her a young dark haired male is terrible. He speeds down the road which is posted at 20 mph. When owners on the street confront him he said he does not have to follow our speed limits according to the postmaster. This is unacceptable! We are filling a formal complaint about his rudeness and speeding on the road which the association pays to maintain. Please address his behavior.
