Mailed a letter out on July 6, person still hasn't received it. Not happy about this.

The imlay city mail delivery truck, parks in front of store doors and in the exit in drive ways to deliver mail. How about a parking spot? Blocked my car in a drive way while she got a pop! Blocked my car again in the exit of speed way to go to napa, instead of driving there. Glad she could get her job done, to bad she thinks she is the only person that has one!

Two times in two weeks I had to go to the post office to pick up items that were to be delivered to my home. Because the item did not fit in the mailbox, it would require the postal delivery person to get out of the vehicle and leave the item on my porch but they chose not to....Both times I was home and waiting for these items....The lazy employees at the USPS are a stark difference from UPS and Fed Ex. It makes you wonder why the USPS continually loses money and I guess we have the answer...cant compete with the private sector.....Drives me nuts
