We did not get mail yesterday 1/16/ 2023 and no mail today 1/17/2023. there is no excuse the mail delivery in my sub is getting orse and worse i am waiting for bills to come so i can pay them......my I live off of Macomb Center Drive on Wood Creek lane. You have many residents upset in this sub.................what the heck is going on the mail service in the winter is getting worse and worse I have lived here for 10 yrs. it's rediculous..........

Our postal service is horrible! I took a pkg in to the Hayes and 22 mile location yesterday morning. I handed it to the employee and he hasn't scanned it yet. The package is a return for reimbursement. They don't do their job but they want the high wage!

I was supposed to have a delivery on July 1 and I forgot to put the address on there but I talk to somebody about that they said OK it is still going to be shipped. Just talk to the delivery person I did she said when she came back around it was not in there but I saw something orange in the truck. That’s the color of my package when she went around the corner, it said delivered I’ve been trying to contact you no answer, so where should I go from here?

Hello, we live in River Bend Condos off Dunham Road in Clinton Township. Our mail carrier is Ruth. Down the street from us live our friends who are in Florida for the winter, and put their mail on hold. Ruth was aware of this, but she became concerned when their front door looked like it was open, and she knew no one was home. Ruth put a note on the mailbox next to theirs, stating the door was open. The storm door is dark, and it makes the door appear open. It ends up the door was locked, but we all appreciate Ruth's vigilance, and being aware of the neighborhood as our mail carrier. We met Ruth is she is very friendly and efficient, and we are pleased to have her. Happy Holidays

No mail for 9 days now, the clerk has an attitude, doesn't know where our mail is and said they won't be delivering to addresses on Card Rd until the city repaves the road, the city says they have no plans of repaving Card road, which doesn't need repaving. So now what

This is THE WORST post office ever!!! They don’t answer the phone, the mail is always delayed. The clerks have nasty attitudes and dispositions. Can somebody fire everybody who works there and hire people who will actually do their jobs?? I’m tired of my mail coming up missing, delayed by days or weeks, or when I do get it, it comes opened. As type this I have mail missing that was supposed to be delivered Saturday. Still nothing. I checked with the office that my package was before this and they sent it out in time. Yet this raggedy office haven’t even received it. Please do something with the personnel that works here please.

We had our mail forwarded to Florida over the winter and then forwarded back to Macomb Mi on April 21, we have only received mail once since we got home on May 1st, it shows I'm getting mail, but have not received it. Where is my mail. I ordered medication for my dog last year and it sat at your facility for 2 weeks before I ever received it. What on earth is going on. I will be paying a visit on Monday May 10th, so be prepared.

I’ve been waiting since March for a package. I’ve tracked it and it made it to Macomb then it went to Rochester NY. Then it went to Cleveland to Pontiac and it’s always out for delivery. The incompetence is rampant in the USPS. I personally wouldn’t admit that I worked for this sham of a service.

For the last two weeks, we have not received any mail at all. Aside from packages from UPS, and a handful of packages from USPS. I’m not sure what the deal is.... but they need a solution. We’ve had packages sent to the wrong address, and told they were delivered. We’ve also had USPS tell us that our packages were being held at one location, and when we arrived at said location, told they were there. Aside from one lady at the annex, everyone else has been rude. It’s been nothing but the run around for packages, and absolutely nothing in terms of mail delivery... what is going on?

For the last two weeks, I am only receiving mail once per week, why is this? I have not been notified anything was changing. How can post office just decide what they are going to do. Hire more staff.

This is my fifth complaint. COVID-19 excuse does not hold water. That is BS!! Why is it, that every Monday, I don't get my mail? Deliver the mail, that is your job.

NO MAIL DELIVERY person to deliver any mail since before President Day 2/15/21. 1 mail delivery in over 5 days and same with 10 of my neighbors that have NOT received mail either in the over 10 days. My package shows "attempted" BUT"Held for pickup at carrier locationB07J6B72VY 2 Delivery attempted February 20 Unfortunately, USPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. United State Postal Service NEVER even attempted to deliver as no carrier was available to deliver the route. Don't have enough carriers and won't hire carriers. It takes over 4 to 5 months to hire carriers even though many have applied and taken the testing to be hired. Many are using covid as an excuse not to come in and work, but still get paid.

Get my mail 2-3days a week. Think I’ll deduct a little from my Mi income tax since this govt provided service has cost me $ as a result. Think we should all pay our govt less and see what happens.

I was lied to on Saturday when they told me at the desk my package was on a truck being delivered, Its Tuesday now and still no package. I do not like being lied to my face like this.

My package has been at the Macomb Annex for three days. The status states in transit to next facility. There is no other facility. Deliver my package. I am in Macomb and my packages never go to another facility before reaching my home. I WANT MY PACKAGES. No one is answering and the customer service acts like there is nothing they can do. I have a package that was delivered to the Macomb post office by UPS on December 10. I have yet to receive it. Calls to the office say stay on the line for the next available agent, then gets transferred to the operator, then disconnected. Calling a different post office gets me transferred back to Macomb, then into the same loop! :(

UPS left a package at the Macomb Annex on the morning of December 4...the package has yet to be officially received...when might I see my package? All my phone calls go unanswered.

Waiting on a fresh perishable item and I have not been able to track it since UPS turned it over to USPS on Dec. 2nd. When calling the phone rings and rings until it gets disconnected. My last package took 3 weeks to be delivered after UPS turned it over to USPS just a few miles from my house. Our mail service has been going down for over a year now. We get no service sometimes for 2 days and then a truck may show up twice in one day.

Haven't received my business mail & Packages for a week. The worst federal agency ever. Cant talk to anyone because the phone rings off the hook then goes dead. the need to fire everyone and start over. The worst service ever. Medicine a week late now what?

I have two pay checks missing. They were mailed out from two different jobs and they were mailed out on the 20th so I should’ve received them by now. I am praying that the mail carrier didn’t somehow misplace them!!! I have bills to pay!!!!

We are frustrated with our Mail delivery and pick up. We do not receive our mail until 6:00 or 6:30pm. Our previous mail carriers had our mail delivered and picked up by 2:00-2:30 pm. 0n October 29 our mail was not delivered hence our mail was not picked up either.

why is my mail packages pending. They arrive from FedEx smart post and sit at USPS for a week or longer!! this is the second time I've waited over two weeks to get a package from the next state over. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. I know there is a pandemic but UPS and Fed Ex is delivering just fine. What's wrong with the Post Office???? Are employees not showing up for work? This is a terrible usps!!! At one time they were very good, eager to help customers who sometimes run into problems however, in the last year it has been a nightmare to get them to answer there phones, resolve issues. I got $19.00 taken from me by ordering stamps I never received. I have spoke to several people who just pass the buck!!! I have spent approxmately 10 hrs or more on the phone on hold and no one gives a damn. I have also documented every call. My blood pressure is over the top and my dr. has increased my medication due to being afraid of having another stroke!!!! He cant put me at risk by admitting me to the hospital since I'm a high risk!!!! USPS certainly isn't like it used to be. I will be filing a big time complaint and being that I am disabled all hell is going to happen if I'm forced as a high risk person who has to leave the security of her home to pay the annex a visit and by the way THEY LIE ALOT!!!!!

4/17/2020 5:45pm. TRUCK # 3307256. Young man, white. Just had the most rude postal worker experience. I am still shaking he was very upsetting to encounter. In my mobile home neighborhood there are the gray mail boxes. I handed my priority mail envelope to the young man in the mail truck and he said to me with attitude, "next time put it in one of the blue mail boxes". i said to him "we don't have any of those in the neighborhood." He said with such nasty attitude "well ok not in this neighborhood.". I did not trust him and asked for it back. I had my companies checks of payments to be mailed to be deposited and i want it to get to Dallas to be processed. I was afraid with his nasty attitude he would throw it away. Very upsetting to have a U.S.mail person be so rude and nasty to me. I never met you before and i had approached the car with a smile cause i was happy to catch the truck. Terribly upsetting experience.

Mailed two bills from Samohin drive location on 3/3/20. Neither place has received my checks for bills due. They should have received payment by now. There has been tons of complaints about USPS and it appears nothing is being done to address the public's concerns. I now have to send out checks again to pay the bills. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!

5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 1/21/2020 and there has been no mail delivery to anyone on my street. All attempts current and past to call the facility about delivery problems never get answered. Once spoke to the facility manager who I think is named "Danny" about a problem and issues have continued as evidenced by this review. I am sick and tired of calling the annex and no one ever answers the phone, this could continue for an hour. And I'm sick and tired of absolutely no resolution to this issue or the past issues..........

Our mail on Mackenzie Dr in Macomb Twsp, Michigan doesn’t get delivered until after 8 pm. What’s up with that. If this PO location is not responsible for our delivery, please, notify appropriate location. THANK YOU

Very frustrated with this postal annex. Tried calling numerous time and no one answer the phone. Stopped by the office and talked to someone about a package that was suppose to be delivered to my house but never was. The tracking number showed it was delivered. When they tracked the package down it was delivered to the wrong house that the numbers were not even similar. They were going to have a supervisor look into it and talk to the carrier. No calls from anyone. Went back to the annex and was told to file a complaint.online. Someone needs to get this annex in order.

The post office is horrible. I have called numerous times to try to talk to someone and they don't answer any of their phones. It picks up and hangs up right away or none of the numbers work. You try several different numbers to try to talk to SOMEONE and you can't get through anywhere. No wonder it is going down the tubes.

I have tried to call this annex today, 21 times in an 1/2 hour, someone picks up and slams the phone down each time???? HELP

My package was delivered about four days ago according to my tracking information. Who ever delivered my package gave me a key inside of my mailbox to retrieve my package but the bin was empty. I called the post office several times and no one answered.

this is absolutley ridiculous. Someone that works at macomb annex forged my signature on my package and I never received it. I called numerous amounts of times and no one will return my call!! I haven't gone to the police yet,but this is outrageous. I was at work from 9-9 when the package was so called signed by me and "delivered"! I am out of a 1600 dollar purse, no one will answer the phone or return my call to explain how this even happened. or why anyone would think it is okay to forge my signature and not deliver my package! We have 20+ records of attempting to call this location from two separate mobiles regarding an important package, and the operator never answered. Several rings and then an auto shut off. On another occasion, we dropped in for help on delivering a package. We were told "we don't do that here". That's fine, respectively so, but no one was willing to provide support to advise of a nearby location that did. We are dissapointed in the professionalism at this office. FedEx for delivery it will be moving forward.
