Glad to know that a letter that requires a signature, gets a knock on the door or the doorbell rang. Oh wait, that didn't happen. They just left the '1st delivery attempt' pink slip which now requires me to track them down and pray they deliver my letter properly. Another failed government agency and has been for years.

I see this all the time too! Our mail person is on her phone too! It’s like talking and walking every day! I have an important letter that was susposed to be delivered and shows on on the USPS app and I did not get any male today on 4/20/24

I normally have no complaint about my mail service. Today (just now) the mail carrier just put my mail in the box he was on his phone. Guess that isn’t a problem, except when he talking so loud on his phone that my dogs hear him, wake up, run to the door and bark thinking someone was coming in the door. Even though they are delivering the mail, how much do they get paid to walk around and talk on their phone all day. No wonder I sometimes get the wrong mail.

I sent a couple of books to relatives using Book Rate. Helpful, courteous, cheerful clerk at counter -- at 5:30 pm, the end of the workday. Can't ask for more than that!

We live in a trailer park at 10 and dequindre. Been living here for years and received mail here as well. Our legal address is here. But for some reason one of your mail people left a note in our mailbox to tell them who all lives in my house and gets mail. Anyone who I don't list won't get mail. Which one is illegal to keep our mail and is none of her/his business who gets mail at my trailer. My boyfriend who lives here has for years, legal address and been getting mail no problem here until this month. Now all his mail is getting forwarded. To no where he has no other address.

I am not getting some of my mail (Discover card statements). The substitute delivery person must be making this error. We have the same address and the street next to mine is getting some of my mail. I live at 1617 Connie and it is going to 1617 Beverly. They must be throwing it away. Please instruct your substitutes to read the address properly.

Trying to find out if mail will come to my house again. My disability check was mailed out on july 22. It is now august 2nd & i still haven't received it. Actually it us sunday today & neither i nor my neighbors have received any mail since last tuesday. But i see people in North madison hgts is getting mail everyday. This is really getting out of hand. I pay my taxes to not get my mail???? I don't understand how the USPS can deem other areas more important then the one i live in. Why am i not getting my mail & when i do why is it only coming once a week only to be so filled up that i keep finding my mail on the ground. Your employee shortage is not so bad that we cant get our mail as we should. This is nit the doing of covid its sheer incompetence. All cities around me get mail everyday. Please explain why other people are more important then me??? Please tell me how am i suppose to get my mail????

Attempting to pick up a box that has been at this post office since Wednesday. Today is Friday. I was told yesterday that they couldn't put the mail out because a truck was blocking the back of the building. Yet, I received a notice Wednesday, that "The Post Office attempted to deliver your Surepost package and left a delivery notice with instructions." That was a lie. I was told to come back yesterday. I called to be sure I could get the package and was disconnected on the phone without anyone picking up.

JUST RECEIVED 4TH PHONE CALL TO VERIFY MY MAILING ADDRESS BECAUSE MAIL WITH MY CORRECT ADDRESS HAS BEEN RETURNED!!! I HAVE COMPLAINED IN THE PAST BUT NO RESPONSE TIME TO GET THE NEWS MEDIA INVOLVED TO GET SOME SORT OF RESOLUTION. I ALSO GET MY NEIGHBORS MAIL- SO TIRED OF THIS

I put a couple bills that needed to be mailed on Saturday. I put them in my mail box on Friday night. The mail man never picked up my mail, Real disappointing! 1734 Parkdale Ave Madison Heights, MI 48071

Our mail carrier for 2 days now hasn't picked up our mail and delivered ours to the neighboring building. Can you please tell me why?
