Rudest employee I’ve encountered in a long time.Did not want to process the correct amount of postage on some documents that I was mailing so told me to buy stamps and put them on the envelopes. When I said that this would be more than the amount required I was then told they were too busy and could only process a certain number of the envelopes. I had to wait in line again just to mail two more envelopes. When I realized I was overcharged I was told only she could process the refund. She then excused herself to the bathroom and didn’t come back for a while. When she did she was rude and mouthy. Ugh. All this to mail a few simple documents. This is the same post office that never got our change of address right. Do yourself a favor and go to the downtown Plymouth location.

More and more, the post office is not opening on time. Today (8/8), there were 6 people waiting until 9:20 and it still hadn't opened. We all ended up leaving:( Our time is valuable and if you do not have enough employees to keep to the schedule, perhaps you should change the hours.

Lakepointe resident here . . . Was expecting an envelope with a check. Upon checking my daily "USPS Informed Delivery" e-mail scans (of what is expected to be delivered to my mailbox later that day), the envelope scan appeared on Monday (May 13) - so I expected to see the check later that afternoon. The envelope never made it to my mailbox. Talked Monday afternoon with a rep at the Plymouth PO, who informed me that " . . . it must've been put in another tray and sent to another post office - give it a couple of days and it may show up . . . ". Five days later, still no envelope. I'm let to believe that due to someone's stellar delivery work, my $800 check was probably delivered to someone else's house, and God only knows where it is now. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced having a neighbor hand-deliver an envelope that was addressed to me (and ended up in their mailbox), and having received pieces that belonged to one of my neighbors. Disappointing service to say the least . . .

Hi, I live on Beck Rd. and I constantly receive mail that belongs to others. Every week this occurs. Sometimes personal, sometimes official, and sometimes US Government mail. I don’t have time to redeliver to the various addresses and it’s only been a problem since our regular mail carrier retired. I am also missing mail sometimes so this must be an issue for others too. Please help so I don’t have to call my attorney. It’s that important and I am not a robot.

My business is at 596 Forest Ste 3-B Plymouth. I just got off the phone paying THE 4TH bill that I never received from last month!?!? Also, while typing this I was on the phone to your offices...it rang about 20 times then disconnected??? My NEXT call will be to the State Postmaster General.

I rented a P.O. Box in March 2022 for six months. Upon arriving to check my mail (May 27,2022) the box was locked. I was informed that they had no record of me renting the box, although I had no problems for 2 mo. On May 28,2022 after returning once again I informed the clerk that I had my receipt showing I had paid the $78.00, and I would like my box opened. The clerk was very, very rude, and informed me that it wasn't her office, and I would have to come back on Monday. First of all Monday May 30,2022 is Memorial day!!! Secondly, I had informed her that I work 12 hrs. a day, 6 days a week, and there was no way I could attempt to resolve this issue. I only had Saturday off because of the holiday weekend. It seems the Postal service wants me to take a day off work ($400) to fix a problem they created in the first place. I have my receipt (#840-54810044-2-6149533-2 Clerk 11) UFN 257600-0171. I don't understand why the post office has NO record of me renting the box???? Why also do they have a rude, incompetent clerk attempting to service this branch?

I cannot believe how rude the postmaster is. She has no compassion for employees and customers. A long-term employee actually had a heart attack on the premises and all she did was argue with her about paperwork. Seriously? She let her drive away to the hospital.

I mailed 2 packages today. The woman behind the desk was rude, she mumbled and acted like she hated her job This is not okay when so many people would like a job. I saw her name but will not put it on in this page.

I mailed two packages at the same time from the Penniman Plymouth, MI post office. One was delivered promptly. The other is marked as having left Plymouth, and then no more tracking. Delivery is now 12 days late and there is no sign of the package. I tried to call 1-800-ASK-USPS and asked for a call back. No call back. I filed a trouble report with USPS. No action. Grrrr. Why is the mail delivered so late in the day? I am a senior and it is a hazard for me to go out to my street after dark

I sent a photo album to my nephew in Plymouth Michigan. It was attempted to be delivered on Saturday. But it was NOT delivered to their home. There is an alert on it. In the photo album are pictures of his mothers funeral and pictures of his deceased mother and father. This is a very important photo album to be delivered to him. The tracking number is 9516 4120 2903 0072 5206 37. Please help me by delivering this package with the photo album inside.
