Too bad postal workers don't see this review. It seems some carriers do not know how to knock or ring doorbells to let people know that they're delivered an item that needs a signature. Even worse they just toss an undelivered notice on the lawn and if the customer finds it befor0e the wind blows it away they're supposed to be satisfied.

I was very disappointed when I went in on August 1st to look for a box large enough to ship a package with dimensions 28" x 21" x 7" before packing material. I was told a flat out "no," by the clerk. She wasn't even helpful enough to recommend where I COULD find packing material. I wanted to use USPS, I really did, but if USPS won't even provide the resources for me to pack my item in order TO use them, I had to look elsewhere. Both FedEx and UPS offer "pack & ship" services, so I decided I had to settle for one of them because the Post Office didn't want my business enough to actually help me.
