I did a change of address last July, 2019. I had 2 items mailed to me that I should have received by December 15, 2019 but they haven't arrived yet as of December 16, 2019. I've called and left my phone number for my mail carrier but no phone call from her. From the recordings I've gathered that I have to make a "case" out of this problem. Wouldn't it have been simpler for the carrier to just call me???
