Why are my packages going to the post office for pickup instead of being delivered to my home or put in the big boxes and a key left in my box why I am being made to drive across town to pick them up when I've been waiting at home all day for them to be delivered since my tracking said they were coming today then I get a text at 830pm saying they were delivered and ready for pickup at the romulus post office from the taylor post office???

I've purchased and now owe the Condo-@-32578 Gateway Court Romulus,Mit and I'm a 100% disabled Veterans. I would like to know how and what I need to have down to have my mail DELIVERED to my Gateway Home Address @ 32578 Gateway Drive, Unit #17. If I have to purchase and place a Mailbox to place at my residence, I just need to know -----Where? When? Who? What? Why?------? Please share with me on how to moved forward on this issue.

The mail person came to my door, the package needed an ID once. I provided it she dropped my License and became very angry. When I was trying to put my license away she rushed me to sign I explained to her that I was trying to put my license away she got angry and said “you can pick your own package’” I literally ran after her to get my package and drove away. When I called to make a complaint the wait times over an hour.
