Betsy Ross Rd NW Alexandria MN 56308 Had mail to be picked up, what's the problem. It was out by 9am. Normal mail noon to 3:30. Waited all day. Why?

They delivered my package to the wrong building twice. It's honestly a joke at this rate I swear.

This office is a joke. It takes 4 days to get a simple letter 87 miles down the road. They send it from Alexandria to St Paul to Fargo to West Fargo then finally to destinations. They also lose overnight gaurenteed mail but willing give refunds. Don’t trust this office with any real mail. They government should shut them down or come in and actually do an audit of their services.

Our city mail delivery on Sumac Dr has been as late as 7:00 pm and never before 6:00pm . Sure makes it dangerous going out in the dark to collect mail when it is slippery out. Please try and fix

What the heck is going on with our city delivery ( I live on Elmwood Drive in Alexandria). Just walked out to get my mail at 6:15 pm and the mail was not picked up or delivered yet. Horrible service!! Why would our carrier be that late. This has been happening more frequently lately.
