Postal Locations

The only thing this post office should be used for is delivering junk mail. I was told today that the route I am on is used to train all of the new people. Not some of the new people but ALL of the new people. I guess that when you live in a low income area this post office believes that you don't deserve the same quality of service as the rest of their area. Truely despicable people.

i never get the right mail hardly ever, always get the neighbors, the numbers on my box are huge and cant miss the address! i am missing a package says delivered and never got it... i need my package badly! not happy!! it has been happening for way too long!

I did my research, did you, Mr. awful representative of this USPS office who I just spoke to? You have received BILLIONS of dollars in taxpayer bailouts and subsidies. Don't ever tell me again that my tax dollars do not apply to your "service". And by the way, you have terrible service! Stop being lazy and shoving my packages into my mailbox and blaming ME for a full box and then telling me I have to come to your office to pick up what you decided to pull from my mailbox. BTW, I intend to contact every vendor who sent me packages that you decided I needed to pick up due to your laziness, and tell them about my experience, and if they keep using USPS, I will not shop with them anymore. I paid for you to deliver these to me. Not for me to pick them up because you are lazy and refuse to deliver them to my door (even though I basically paid for postage for you to do that; I cannot control how the vendor packages their product). No wonder the USPS struggles. If that's how I ran my business, I would be broke, too.

Your mail carrier for Ham Lake has now stolen 5 packages of childrens clothing for my Granddaughter and marked them as " delivered". Going to look into that, USPS? Or just another day of theft and corruption.

Tracking information says you got got package on June 12th and say it pending. Why is it pending and am I ever got to get my package?

Nobody ever got back to me regarding an official complaint about the mail carrier's poor service.

My mail is always missing or I get my neighbors or my neighbor gets my mail. Now I just got an envelope addressed to my ex husband and it has been opened and taped shut! It should not have been delivered it should have been sent back! As long as it came to my mailbox now it looks like I may have been the one that opened it but I didn't! my daughter was here watching me

I think the Andover post office hires a bunch of idiots.... I don't get my packages when i'm supposed to and i get other peoples mail all the time, i wonder how much of my mail has gone to someone else..... I'M NOT HAPPY with the Andover post office at all.

Please advise where my mail went yesterday ? This is not the first time my mail has not been delivered on a Monday. Last Monday it came at 7:15 P M Why so late ? You need to address this problem
