These guys are great, could not do enough to make sure our mail was uninterrupted when we moved house, always gorgeous and helpful.
Occasional parcel left out in the elements but when they can they do what they can to stow them somewhere safe.
LOUSY OPERATION.
MAILED MY TAXES, INCLUDING TWO W2s, RECEIVED ONE W2 IN A CLEAR BAGGIE THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
MY LETTER WAS APPARENTLY DAMAGED AND WAS ESSENTIALLY THROWN INTO THE WIND FOR ALL ANYONE KNOWS.
AT LARGE: S.S.# WITH NAME, ADDRESS, EMPLOYER, SALARY INFO.
SERVICE IS POOR. DAYS WITH JUST A FLYER OR TWO THEN AN ONSLAUGHT OF MAIL.
PACKAGES BEING SENT SEEM TO BE GRUDGINGLY DELIVERED.
We appreciate our postal service but I do want to share a few concerns. Our address is 17175 County Road 53, Belle Plaine, MN. This is a main aterial route between Belle Plaine and Cologne. It is not acceptable that my mail person leaves valuable packages on top of my mailbox. We arrived home late one day to find a $150.00 value package placed on top of our mail box in full exposure to road traffic. Another concern was a package placed on top of our mail box that was blown into the ditch. We found it two days later. I appreciate the packages that have been delivered to our door, thank you! But, please address why my valuable Christmas gifts are exposed to roadside exposure.
