No mail delivery or Pickup from 10/07/23 through 10/13/23. Brd Oaks Subd. I placed a Priority Mail Envelope Package in my mailbox (flag up) on 10/9 AM; On 1/13/23 finally had delivery of mail...the genius stuffed all the mail in the box to the side of the package and DID NOT take the package. REALLY?!!! And USPS has the gall to run ads claiming "you can depend on us" What a JOKE!

As with all the other reviews we are not receiving our mail for days lucky if we get once a week. The problem is my husband and I are elderly and my husband is disabled, we have no way of going to the post office every day to get our mail. We cannot afford to get a P.O. box and would have to pick it up ourselves anyway. our bills will be late and hopefully business understanding. Who is reading these reviews anway?

What in the world is this? All these reviews and nothing's getting fixed. This is a sad excuse of a post office. The worst part? Nobody that works there cares enough to fix it even a little bit. Linea for package pick up all around the lobby. People even have to stand outside. ITS WINTER! fully disgusted with this place.

I have a business on HWY 371 N in Brainerd MN. This is the worst postal service, I called, and they don't care that we don't get our mail or have mail pick up. Yes, they are not friendly at all and once again they don't care either, but they can keep raising prices and the service gets worse. The excuse is no workers. Well pay them better

Our postal delivery comes when he/she wants. We get informed delivery and I realize that it's within a few days NOT OVER A WEEK!!!! we are lucky if we get mail 2x's a week. Our bills come after they are due. This is ridiculous!!! this has been months of this happening and it is very frustrating!

The Brainerd Post Office is the worst I have ever seen. We only get mail every three to four days right in Brainerd what a disgrace. This Post Office needs a new Post Master that knows what they are doing!!!!

This post office never (rarely) answer their phone. I call other surrounding communities to answer my questions. Not customer friendly

Why can't your delivery guys get out of their cars and take the packages to the front door. Dont be so lazy. Twice now I've had the package crammed in the mail box and once the package got ripped from it.

I,m wondering why we aren't getting mail delivery in Baxter on Parkwood Drive? We only get it about every three days. I thought delivery was everyday.

We live on Cty Rd 148 (Thompson Rd). In May about 4 families did not receive any mail for 3 days. Finally, an old couple from the other end of 148 went door to door. Seems they had a huge pile of mail shoved in their mailbox that was not addressed to them and they were taking the time to search out the addressees. Now on June 2nd and 3rd, we have not received any mail and the letter I was trying to send has been sitting in our mailbox (with the red flag up) and no one has picked up our out-going mail. I'm concerned about where everyone's mail is going and why. Please fix this situation and let me know what's going on. Thank you.

Whoever delivered the mail to 6th Ave NE in Brainerd on December 28th, 2020 needs to be fired! None of us received the proper mail. We received a LOT of mail, including bills, belonging to a woman on the next block. She received her next door neighbor’s mail. We found our mail and a package had been delivered to an empty house! What business does someone who can’t read have delivering mail?

I’m trying to get ahold of someone who takes care of delivery package drivers? My mailman brought my mail and 2packages up to house gave one package and letter to my handicap ( walks with lofstran crutches) and then threw other package on ground! I called Brainerd post office they gave me another number and that number said I need a remote access code which I wasn’t told anything about! So now I’m it happy with gal who answered phone I would like a response about this today!! 2188510401

Was just treated very poorly in conversation with the package delivery department. Had already done the leg work of calling Amazon and was directed to carrier. The USPS employee then called me 'bucky' when I explained my situation. When I pointed out that I was not being rude and I did not need to have attitude given to me, I got hung up on! So frustrating and disappointing.
