I'm receiving mail 3 to 5 days per week. Most frequently I get mail 5 days. Beginning 4/16, Sat., I had no mail (newspaper was due). Mail did arrive Easter Sunday. (?) Neighbor had the same experience. Mon., 4/18, no mail. Yesterday, Thurs., no mail. To be clear, that was the case throughout March. My "junk" mail is diminished. I may recycle much of it, but I want to decide for myself just what I will keep or toss. The postal employees I've spoken with are quite pleasant and helpful, but service has affected my block adversely. Is it a management problem? A disgruntled employee? I have no way of knowing. Is this happening throughout Duluth? Why? If not, please spread the wealth! Inform those you "serve." What's going on????? (Morningside area)
