We have not been getting our magazines delivered for the last three weeks. Only a few have made it through. I would buy them individually if I knew they weren't being mailed. Is someone throwing them away or what?
We are extremely annoyed with our mail delivery. We have the app that shows our daily mail coming from the Minneapolis PO. For several years we've received that mail, that day. Now, suddenly we're getting NO mail for several days then suddenly 20 pieces all at once. The person I spoke to said that at this time of year they're more focused on package delivery than mail delivery so the mail could take 2-3 days longer. Is this acceptable??? No, for so many reasons...
I have called several times to complain about my mail NOT getting delivered to my home address. Again my bills
that should have been delivered Last week are still not here. please reach out to me so I can discuss other options .
I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of communication, follow-up and process presented by the Hopkins post office supervisor. I called regarding my package that was delivered to a wrong address. After 2 phone calls to the post office within 4 days, the post office attendant apologized that a supervisor hadn't been in-contact with me. The attendant was embarrassed because she had left notes all over the the supervisors computer screen to follow-up and the supervisor had been there the last 3 days. After a week of no follow-up i was able to get a hold of the supervisor on a Friday. He indicated he would get a hold of the carrier and call me back the next day. He didn't--3 days went by and i called him again to get an update. His response was the carrier was sick but there's a note that a retrieval wasn't successful. He wasn't able to indicate any details: did the carrier let the wrong address know they delivered a wrong package to them?? The supervisor did not handle this situation professionally and had terrible communication/follow-up from the beginning to the end of this process. I never did get my package back.
I haven't had bad experiences at the Post Office building, but my mail carrier doesn't like delivering packages to the sheltered front door stoop. They prefer to leave them at the end of the short driveway 10 feet from the front stoop. No threatening dogs, dangerous walkways, or sets of stairs. There's an easy path to the door in a quiet neighborhood.
No other delivery service refuses to bring packages to the front stoop other than the Hopkins Post Office. Sometimes packages are dropped off in front of the garage door where they've been backed into, sometimes they're left on the walkway and get rained on and damaged, and most recently the mail carrier has chosen to avoid our driveway and leave valuable packages wedged on top of the mailbox in plain sight. We're told that if they don't fit inside they'll be put on top of the mailbox or taken back to the post office where we have to pick them up. Now we're dealing with damaged packages bent to fit inside. My nephew's birthday gift was bent and damaged the other day and now I'm unable to give it to him. Is this a service? If I cut corners like this at my job I'd be held accountable. Losing faith in the Hopkins Post Office.

Chelsea in the passports office is awesome! She is so delightful, friendly, kind, knowledgable and helpful. We actually smiled and laughed all the way through our passport appointments, and she was extremely patient as we figured everything out.
I had a piece of mail that was not delivered for some reason on the first of March for some stupid reason even though we had gotten our other mail that day, then what happened was that piece of mail got shipped back to Florida so now I need to order everything again and wait and hope that your idiot mailmen can do their job right.
I had a piece of mail that was supposed to be delivered to my apartment in Hopkins. They didn't even attempt to put it in my P.O. Box (as addressed) or even bring it to the leasing office! They decided the best thing to do is mail it back to sender... Very disappointed that the delivery person didn't even try to deliver my mail.
