I live at 5737 Kentucky Avenue north Crystal MN and I've noticed that our building must be a in the training area because every month we have a different mail man which is fine but my complaint is that they have been putting the wrong mail in the wrong box from time to time. I found out today that my refund from the state was mailed on the 4th and as of the 12th it has not made it to me which leaves me wondering if it was placed in the wrong box. It was mailed from St. Paul and it shouldn't take 8 days and I still don't have it. Please check the work of your workers. Thank you.
Who do I talk to about sorting the mail? My address is 6265 Winnetka, ave N. 55428.
At least one time a week, I get the mail for 6265 West Broadway. In the past, I just drive over and deliver the mail, but now it's getting too often.
I tried calling, but no answer, so hopefully someone will read this.
Thank you,
Jenny
I have a complaint about a new clerk at this location. I don't know her name, but she is younger, and has bright red dyed hair, usually worn with a bow on either side. She is the slowest clerk that I have ever seen at this post office. It's really frustrating. I think she needs more training.
We have had the same experience. We were using Osseo's post office but they rudely told me that they would not accept my packages as they don't get credit for them since our zip code is Brooklyn Park. We use Crystal as well and they go out of their way to abuse packages and find fault in what size your packages are compared to the label.
We have a home based business and ship about a hundred packages a week, in the past we would bring to the postal annex in Chanhassen and the people there were always very helpful. All of our packages are already postage posted so it's just a matter of dropping them off. We have been using the Crystal PO since moving to Brooklyn Park a couple of months ago from Chanhassen. They have one employee (a larger woman) there who seems to be the least happy of people and every time we bring packages in she is not friendly, and we seem to be bothering her with this. We had one package going to China and she wouldn't accept it because she said it was too large and can only be 79" when the USPS website states that 108" is the maximum size and said the USPS website is in error. That part I can't contest but she was very rude and not helpful at all. I've never been treated so inferior by a post office employee. While it is farther we now use the Maple Grove PO and they happily took these packages.
