Today I was at the Loring Station PO. It was noon and there was only one attendant bogged down with the paper work of two East African women.A line began to grow. I'm not being critical. I like Loring Station but I do think it is unfair to put so much pressure on one employee. I suggest that if you are going to be doing Passports throughout the week that you put more staff manning the counter to kieep things moving along, Best regards, Tony

Erika is the most rude and unprofessional customer service rep that I have ever dealt with. She speaks unprofessionally and acts entitled. She clearly does not know how to clearly pass on a message to her staff as I have had two packages not delivered properly in the last month. Not a pleasant individuals to work with whatsoever.

Worst post office in the entire city. Not one single person there is helpful. They probably should learn how to read if they're going to do their jobs correctly.

They don't actually do passports on Mondays. Just Tuesday thru Friday.
