Last week I got mail in my box for another resident , who has a similar name to mine.I talked to the sub yesterday, He said I have had my notice in my box about that forever. So there should have been no mistake.I live at Central Towers in St. Paul. He was rude and is generally rude. He said he could not speak for the others.I have important mail coming and said I do not want the other lady getting my mail. I had a pkg sent to me 2 Valentine days ago that I never received.I need to get my mail.
Confirmation #: WEC355988088 Scheduled for pickup WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!! and now I just got an email stating that IT DID!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIARS!! Just pickup my packages ALREADY!!! WTF, you just go in and click, yes those were picked up when you know they WEREN'T!!! This has happened several times, everytime I call the Dayton's Bluff PO in St. Paul MN and, NOBODY ANSWERS!! EVER!! I let it ring 20, 30, 40, 50 TIMES. So what is my recourse? Bring the F**KING packages there myself!! So why do you LIE and state you provide that service?! I am so angry right now. So when it becomes clear to me you are not going to pick up my packages AS SCHEDULED, even though someone was here and DELIVERED MAIL, they just chose to IGNORE the packages there. And when I attempt to schedule ANOTHER pickup it just spins and spins and spins blocking me from doing so. I would call but NOBODY ever picks up the F**KING PHONE!! So I will say thank you for giving me this space to vent even though, considering it's the USPS and NOBODY there wants to actually DO THEIR JOB, I'm guessing no one ever really READS these things, therefore giving me, ONCE AGAIN, no recourse except to DO IT MYSELF!! FU**ERS!!
I wrote a negative review a few months back and since things have changed so much for the better I want to acknowledge that. My mail carrier for the 1200 block of Magnolia Ave E. 55106 has gone out of his way to pick my packages up early so they aren't sitting on the porch all day long. I ship a lot of packages and have had trouble with packages being taken. I am extremely grateful to him for taking this extra step in his busy day to keep my mailings secure. sorry , but after i tried to call many times , im gonna try this as i need some help with my issue ,, i bought some stuff from ebay and i entered a wrong street no. tracking no, shows that my stuff are at ur p.o .... while it should be at 55101 p.o , im not sure if there is anyway to correct this error .... my email is . i have all tracking no. and info. to approve its belongs to me . best regards

A Dayton'sBluff mail carrier knocked my mailbox off its post this December. I receive a handwritten note in my mailbox from customer service offering to put it back. Since I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark and it happened early in the week, I wanted the help. I had major difficulties getting through on the phone (I called more than 10 times). I finally reached someone who said they would relay the message. No one ever came to repair it, so I repaired it that weekend. My mailbox was on the ground all week and no mail was delivered. Not happy with customer service at Dayton's Bluff office.
The worst post office ever. They have a 50% chance of receiving you packages. The have lost my checks twice now that is 2 time on bank checks!!!!! I hate anything sent mail because I will probably not get to me.
