This station drive through mailbox is TINY and inaccessible from your vehicle. You must get out of your vehicle to put a letter in the box. The drive up box is obviously an afterthought as the spot for it was created quite large and strategic, but then this tiny little box was put there and no way to mail anything without getting out of your vehicle. I have tried to contact the postmaster, the supervisor, and many others to no avail. Absolutely disgusting.

I dropped off wedding reception invitations on 8/14/23. It has been almost a week since I mailed them and no one has received them despite most of them living within 10 miles of this mail station. When I put the mail in the box seemed full or at least hard to put mail in but each letter was entered into the box. Why have you cut back to just one mailbox? Why would it take a week to mail a letter to someone who lives within a few miles of me?

I had flat rate packages between my doors that were supposed to be picked up when my mail was delivered. First time trying this service. I got my mail and the packages were still there. I was out shopping on Cleveland Ave and met a postal carrier named James, not my mail carrier, and told him the packages weren't picked up. James made a special stop by my house to pick them up (but the original carrier for my block must have stopped back and picked them up because they weren't there). I am so impressed by the special effort James made to provide service even though it wasn't his route. Please make sure he knows how much I appreciate his efforts. He was so nice and is an awesome asset to the postal service. Gloria

Been going to Elway Station USPS since I was a kid and everyone has always been so helpful and prompt here! Phone calls to USPS can be another story... I called the 1-800 number and it was a 38-60min wait to speak with someone (it always seems to be a long wait), so I tried calling direct to Elway. Today, my call was in search of a UPS package that had been routed via USPS. I spoke with Craig and he was AMAZINGLY helpful! His patience and cheerful demeanor was much appreciated as well :) Thank you, Craig!
Very upset, change was not given back to me by the cashier, went back to tell them, and it appears they do not believe me and they tell me "they can't" run back the camera!!
