Hi I am emailing on behalf of our business Johanna Shores in Arden Hills. We continue to hear from our families that they are trying to send mail to their loved one or even our business off ice and mail continues to be returned with a yellow sticker stating “Return to Sender - Attempted - Not Known unable to forward”. I am not sure if it is the fault of our New Brighton office or at the larger St Paul sorting center. I would like someone to call me so I can find out how this can be fixed. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a key to my mailbox. I moved and was not given a key. The mail carrier told me to contact the post office which I did on 02/02/18. Here we are 02/14/18 and I still don't have a key to my mailbox. I was told the guy that re-keys the boxes didn't come in. I was not happy and the clerk got very short with me. I just want to be able to get my mail!!!!!!!!!!!
