I would appreciate knowing if there have been any recent items stolen from either of the drop boxes at the Woodbury Post Office? I mailed 2 birthday cards (with checks enclosed) on August 19th to Apple Valley, MN and they have not been delivered as of yet. Thank you for any information you might give me.

I came to the Post Office today with a letter addressed to our son who now lives in Omaha, NE I had crossed out our address added his andf the word " forward" per instruction on the USPS web site. The clerk would not take it; said I needed to buy a stamp.

Woodbury usps is the worse, can’t get ahold of them when you call or they not even doing their job right. We get our neighbors mails all the time. Our mailman won’t delivery any oversized packages to the house, she just made excuses indicating no one is home. Never have such bad experience with mails before.

The mailman (woman) never delivery our packages to our home she always just leave a note at the mailbox because packages doesn’t fit the mailbox, even when it needs signature. Our mailbox is on a big street we are a little drive away from the street, she is plain lazy. our previous mailman was great.

The woman delivering mail at the Cobble Hill apartments in Woodbury today is phenomenal. She know the residents by name, she knows and cares about their lives and they think the world of her as well. I watched her singing and filling the boxes today and witnessed the impact she makes on the 50+ seniors there, and she is a rare jewel. THANK YOU!

Unfriendly staff. Can't seem to hold my mail when requested or redeliver when indicated. They don't answer the phone during business hours either.

The postal carrier for 331 Leeward Trail and 621 Markgrafs Lake Bay is HORRIBLE! She has been our carrier for years and has done nothing but cause my mother (who is 76 with Parkinson's and Dimensia) grief. She tried to keep her from getting her mailbox moved to her front door. She misdelivers or doesn't deliver my mother's mail for days and she is very rude. I have tried to talk to her and she is impossible. She should not be an employee serving the USPS! She lacks customer service skills and needs an attitude adjustment!

There was another incident with this mail Carrier yet again today! I want something donre about her! She not only meddles in peoples lives. She makes it a habit of getting her big nose in people's personal business. She's done it to me at my residence and to my mother and daughter at my mom's! I don't know who she thinks she is, but someone needs to set her straight about what's appropriate and what's not. Today she lied to me about picking up misdelivered mail that had been sitting there for days and delivering new mail. Then she told me that my mother was lying when she said she watched her drive right by and not stop. I am 100% sure that my mother's statement was true based on the mail lady past behavior. And I didn't appreciate her comment one bit,. I've read the reviews and I'm not the only one complaining. Since the management at the Woodbury location isn't doing anything to rectify the situation, things need to be escalated to the corporate level. I'm not going to mess around anymore with this, I'll just go to the top. If anyone would like to respond, you are more than welcome to do so.

Woodbury Postal Service is horrible!! Constantly receiving other neighbors mail as well as the neighbors receiving others as well. The carrier's fly through the neighborhood as are done within 5 minutes. Nothing ever gets done to correct this problem and when you try to call them they don't answer their phone!!!! I don't know how they get away with this!!

I never in my life or never met a postmaster that doesn't care or have no control of his workers. You go there and spend 15 min in line while the the poeple that are supposed to be helping you are talking someone they know for minutes and its not about the package they are shipping. This by far the worst post office I ever seen. We had our mail stopped guess what our mail was never stopped and the form that was filled out to have our stopped was sent with our mail. We constant get mail that doesn't belong to us and so does every one in the neighborhood. A few of us went to talk to postmaster but nothing has changed in fact today I got someone else's mail. Something has to be done soon I think they have a change in management.
