Everyone working there must be dead because no one everrrrr picks up. How are your drivers that lazy that they can't drive down our driveway to deliver our packages when BIG AhSS FEDEX trucks and BIG AhSS UPS TRUCKS can come down our driveway to deliver. After we complained they all of a sudden can come down our driveway to deliver our packages hmm ok but NOW THEY'RE DOING IT AGAIN LAZY FUkcsS. If you hate your job that much then quit let someone else who's capable do it!

I have been waiting for a package I need badly. It was put in a box next to our mail box and the key was put in our mail box. The key will not open the box. I tried everything. Please do something soon.I need the package.

We have not received mail at all since last wednesday, July 27 We typically get the stillwater gazette via mail on Friday. I call the Gazette to report and they state it is the USPS delivery problem. Aside from the paper, again no mail for almost a week. How do we find out where our mail is and if we have mail pending to be delivered? I called the annex in oak park heights and get a busy signal ???

USPS increases their prices constantly, but we do not get our mail delivered on a daily basis. I live in Stillwater, MN, and the postmaster constantly has an excuse as to why the mail is not being delivered. Well, I say it's a lot of BS. Management should be stepping in and picking up the slack. If I performed anywhere near the incompetent performance of our mail carriers at my job, I would be fired. The majority of the people working for the local USPS (or maybe all localities) possess NO work ethics whatsoever.

Good morning, We have had excellent mail delivery for 25 years. The last 3 months has been an unbelievable drop in service. We have to go to the office for any package delivery. If it's not in an envelope we are making a trip to the post office to pick it up! Most often the reason is a dog may be out. It has been too cold for our dog to be outside and there are no tracks on the driveway that any attempt was made to make a delivery. I am very frustrated with the drop in service. Please help. Thank you, The Myers residents

I have been a business postal customer in Stillwater for over 35 years. My business depends on the postal service and I believe we are one of your larger customers here in Stillwater. For many years we were able to pick up our mail for the day by 9:00AM. Our office then processed the day's mail. In recent years the mail has not been ready to pick up until after 11:00AM. Now we are lucky to get it by noon - if then. What is the problem? If we don't see some improvement, I will make an effort with the support of the local business community to see that things change.
