I keep sending card to hold my mail how come it is not being held. I left March 26 to come back April 14. How come my box per my friend said it is pack

What a mess. Some of my mail goes somewhere, but not to me. I also receive other people's mail which I deliver to them. I try to contact the local post but no one ever answers the call on the number provided by them. Great Non-Service!!!!

Trying to call my post office at Town and Country and they keep hanging up on me..I am handicapped, living in condo on 3rd floor.. I have asked that our postman to not put packages in mailbox, but instead leave on floor..my son comes by once a week for mail but packages are brought up to me by kind neighbors..I know there is a package in there since Monday, this is Friday..once medicine was in there for over a week.What can I do?
