All these Negative feedbacks are correct sad to say.
They held my mail for a week, went to pick it up after arrived home and was told the Carrier had it on truck to deliver. No mail ever showed up. They Lost it. My 3rd phone call to the Indep. Branch and 28:37 minutes later still on hold. I think they went on break.
Could only work for the Government and get away with this poor of service. Anyone else would not be able to keep their jobs.
35:16 on hold now..... they prob tying up the phone line so not have to take other calls....BringLostMail
Would do 0 stars if possible. I run an online business and use them daily. I spend $100s of dollars a week in shipping charges. The carriers have came to my house cussing and the manager just tells me to ignore them. The staff does not care about customer service even in the slightest. After scheduling packages to be picked up house nobody picks them up and then I have to go to the post office where they have a full dropbox and can't take two seconds to remove some packages. Ericka the manager does not care about customer service and stands up for her carriers even when they are extremely unprofessional.
Where to start! We get others mail and they get ours. Some of a sensitive nature. Exasperating! Whoever carries our mail only gives us the mail “for which they have no picture” in Informed Delivery part of the time. I don't know where the rest goes, but it doesn't come to us. Informed Delivery will tell us we’re getting mail, but our mailbox remains empty that day rendering Informed Delivery absolutely useless. Last winter I watched our carrier skip our bank of four mailboxes four days in a row. I chased him down the street and stood in a snow bank to talk to him. He said he couldn't pull back into the street w/o backing up, and he wasn't going to take a chance on getting fired as the postal service won’t allow them to put their vehicles in reverse. I couldn't believe that was true, but I checked it out and it actually is. However, a month or two later, I happened to see him (yes the same man I chased down the street) a few streets away backing up...so he does it when he feels like it. When this carrier first started on our route, for the first time ever there’d be days we’d get no mail at all. This was so unusual as to be unbelievable. Also, we’d get mail with offers that had already expired over and over. I talked to him about it, and I don't think he was pleased to be questioned. (This improved after I talked to him about it.) Since then, with the exception of the snow bank ordeal, I haven’t tried to inquire about anything because we don’t want our mail service to get any worse than it already is because its way too bad already!
I have also tried to call the Truman Station. No one ever answers the ringing phone.
