Postal Locations

My package was delivered to a incorrect add. And i cant get anyone at the Indep. Post office to answer their phone ??????

Have not received any postal service in over a week. Would like to know why and how to get that going again.

Is there any way to retrieve something that was dropped in the Postal Receptacle at the Price Chopper off of M291 Hwy & 23rd Street? I put it in the box yesterday (Sunday) and just this morning found out that I needed to keep a number off of the prepaid return box to register the item with the sender.

My mail gets stolen if I don’t catch the mailman. I need a driver that will come same time daily. Not 8 in the morning one day and 4 in the afternoon others. Today my mail is missing. Why do you continue to leave mail outside the box?????? Or leave my mailbox door open. When I have sub drivers, they suck and my mail does not come regular.

Loved long time postal woman but, since she retired of a couple years. The new younger staff hasn't given the same great service. 1. Mail comes at any time of day now. (How to know when to put out mail for pickup?) 2. Mail carriers change to often to recognize regular route carriers - which as a danger to the neighborhood.. 3. Try contacting anyone at USPS to report a problem. Hour phone hold time and every call seems to go though the main branch for Independence Mo. post office - which bottle necks communications.
