I sent a graduation card to my niece from KC to KC addresses. She sent an invite to her party. The card was sent on May 13, it has never been received and never returned to me. The invite was sent a end of May and non of family has received theirs. This is always happening cards to nieces and family always never received but advertisements sure get here and there. We need better mail service, DEJOY needs to go and regular service needs to be improved!!!! What has happened? My mail gets to out of state better...
Sending a package is taking extremely long seven days from Overland Park Kansas to Chicago and they still have not received it. what is going on every day I get a text stating that it's going to be delivered today ,and then at the end of the day it says may receive the next day.
Post office is a completely broken system and it shows. Used to be a very efficient delivery system used by everyone and largely proficient in its ability to deliver mail timely and accurately. Now postal employees are rude, service is abysmal and mail is always going to others. Package delivery is a joke with packages at least to me are NEVER on time. The last package today was "lost" I suspect on purpose, because I had the audacity to complain. While no one will care about this complaint I will at least complain to the postmaster if the local office here. Frankly I think your employees should all be fired systematically and privatized deny these elaborate pensions and then maybe we can get back to normal activities.
I have been trying to call for the last hour and the phone just keeps ringing and then hangs up. I received my package today that was a box. However the mail woman dropped it off in a plastic bag because the box was crumpled, drenched, and still dripping...even out of the bag. She rang the bell and ran back to the truck. I am able to get a refund on my package, but these items were for my wedding and I am frustrated that it was delivered in a bag when it was obvious that the items inside were broken and leaking. Is there not a policy to return items if they are damaged/undeliverable?
