Postal Locations

I don't know what has happened to this annex. Half the time they mis-deliver things and half the time don't deliver at all! I was supposed to receive 6 pieces of mail yesterday but when I went to the box this morning, it was EMPTY! I can't believe they never answer their customer service number. It is so frustrating, especially when you're awaiting an important document!!! What can we do?

It showed my husband's medication was supposed to be delivered on Monday (per our USPS app). As of Tuesday, it states Addressee Unknown. As of today, we still don't have it. I've tried calling Barry Annex for the last hour. Busy every time. Must have taken the phone off the hook.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a new lock & keys for my box. I had to wait over 2 weeks for my carrier to take the items in my mailbox to the Post Office to be held for me to pick up. Now I am not able to contact this office or the Pershing Rd office by phone - the line is either busy, or if it rings, the line goes dead after several rings. I would like to know when I will receive the new lock and keys.

This post office location is impossible to call. They never answer their phones. get this, i ordered a work from home computer desk off amazon, they didnt deliver it because it wouldn't fit in the mailbox.. what the heck??? of course it doesn't fit in there. WHY DIDNT YOU LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR?!?!?!

This post office is completely inept. They never answer the door when your at the location. They also take the phone off the hook so it is busy 24/7 and don't have to answer it. No one has to take accountability at this location. I'm not sure anyone even works there. It's beyond incompetent and the manager should be fired immediately!

When I receive an email stating the post office left a package in my mail box on the 19th of March at 7 pm and its not there and its now the 20th I am wondering where my package is. It should have been left at my door NOT in the mail box I know there have been cuts in the postal service but those who have a job need to do what there being paid for ZIP CODE 64155

My wife and I just moved into our current apartment. Our Post Office, where our mail comes from, is this location. They are RUDE, dicourteous, and don't give a rip about the fact that our keys we were provided do not work. Our complex provided the keys. They are now telling us we have to wait 2 weeks to retrieve our mail and the stuff that has been delivered, which includes MUCH NEEDED clothing, will not be available to us until Friday. Needless to say, we are beyond angry and fed up with the crap from these people.
