So disappointed, I don't know if it is the actual Post Office or the crew getting the packages on the truck for distribution. But I have a small business and have lost 3 orders for my customers in a period of 3 weeks in January. I have confirmation that the packages were received and than nothing. Its like they are just lost. Not good business for me or the USPS. Going to have to do alternative shipping can't take the chance. Losing product, time and money.
I have had packages go missing, mail put on hold and given to the wrong person. And now, the lock on my box has been changed and cant get to my mail. I have repeatedly tried to call and no answer. I am extremely frustrated at the office, and the manager reply is always, there's nothing we can do. Well getting my lock fixed or replaced and me receiving a key would be the correct thing to do. My hours make it difficult to get there, and no one answers the phone. Wish there was a way to get usps out of my life but still get my mail correctly,
Been trying to call the Gladestone branch for days and they just will not answer the phone. It ranges from just a busy signal to straight up just being hung up on. It is very frustrating. Would be better off if UPS just handled all the mail, at least you can get ahold of them.
I live in the London Tower Apartments. My mail slot does not lock. Also I receive notifications regarding mail delivery. On March 4th I was suppose to receive 2 pieces of mail which I didn't. Please do something about these issues.
Mail carriers are not delivering mail all the time, I live in a duplex, they deliver to neighbor. I have a mail slot in my door, never had issues until last 3 months with various carriers. Main carrier does great, others don’t even come up to door. Some drop off to neighbors, not very happy about that!!
This office is horrible idk why we have postal employees if they cant do basic job of reading an address received a email saying my package was unable to be delivered yet my husband was outside when mailman came an we didn't get a notice like the email said we did your staff have numerous times misplaced or failed to deliver mail to my address. unacceptable
Totally rude and obnoxious employees. Greg has to work ten times harder when that dumber than dirt older woman is the only other clerk working. If you complain about terrible customer service the Mexican dike comes out and yells shut up and sit down. How do these people still have jobs!!!
It is a well known fact in the community that the Gladsone Post Ofice has the SLOWEST customer service. The last time we went we waited A HALF HOUR then the rudest thing happened... The teller shut down mid transaction!!! Today the teller was rudely arguing with a customer. We will go to the UPS from now on where we will be treated like humans and get quick service.
