Postal Locations

Lately mail in our neighborhood is being delivered to wrong addresses. 3 neighbors have had to walk my mail over to me. I've been getting other neighbors mail as well. Wondering do we have a new delivery person? Been good for a while til recently??? *Some people trash other peoples mail. *Some just hold on to it for awhile until they can get to the office.That can be a weeks or a month! Late bills = late fees! *When credit cards,n bank account n other bills get sent wrong, someone can steal info or know ur finances and where u live. NOT COOL!!

Our mailbox is on the curb ... it is an oversized mailbox, YET the mail person CONTINUES to put parcels ON TOP of the mailbox - advertising for thieves... how can I get them to just do their job???

The service has gone from bad to worse. Recently, they took down the three outdoor mailboxes. If you want to mail a letter you have to park your car and go in. Additionally, you have to pray it is not time for lunch. The day, I went the inside was closed to customers, because the cashier was gone 1 1/2 hours for lunch, so I could not even mail my letters. Really lousy service.

It seems that the postal service does not know how to deliver mail. Try ready the house number and quit putting my mail in everybody else mailbox and visa versa And if you happen to see your postal person and ask for your mail, they act like they got a problem. I Want My Mail. You deal with the rudeness and the unprofessionalism but at least deliver the mail correctly.

This Office has wrong times posted SATURDAY THEY CLOSE at 12 NT 12:30. I’ve came to this Post Office during open hours and they’ve had CLOSED for no apparent reason. Don’t drive all way to this office U never know what your going to get. The office on Pershing is the only one I get dependable fast and courteous service!

In the last few days of extremely cold weather we have twice gotten no mail delivery. It is my understanding that the day's mail MUST be delivered every day except Sunday. Yesterday, about 6 p.m., I saw the mail carrier's truck--but she merely turned around, drove off, and never returned. This is not right.

I have a problem with the postal mail deliver we have a lot of people that live at 1211 east 73Rd street and this mail carrier skips our house all the time and sometimes we go 2 or 3 days with out getting mail I know he skips our house because sometime we put mail with the wrong address that he has delivered or mail that we are sending out on our mail box and it stays for days I just ask for a mail person that does there job there us never a day that we don't get some kind of mail

Hi My name is Annastacia I live at 5631 park Ave kcmo 64130. I've been having issues getting mail at this address. Lately I've found my mail sitting on my porch not even in my mail box. It's just casually thrown for the wind or anyone to see or grab. I'm missing tons of mail from utility companys and government agencies that is crucial for me to have on time and not lost or taken. If this issue I'd not resolved I will be calling to talk to supervisors.

This place is horrible. They act as if your inconveniencing them when they're doing their job. I called the local number and was lied to about it being the post office then hung up on. When I went to the office I had to debate with the person in the window about if my package is there or not when it clearly said on my phone it was. Then when they finally went to check they stlii with an attitude threw it in the window and told me "heres your stuff have a day". Wish I never had to come here again.

The manager on 74th and Troost is a very disrespectful ass man I can't stand this ghetto place they don't know how to talk or treat customers this is the one that need to be shut down
