I have had great success with this post office. Without the help of the Manager. My package would never have arrived. I would not hesitate to use the Affton Post Office.

Why is it that some days may mail is delivered at its normal time, between 12:30 PM and 2 PM, and other days it is delivered after 8 PM? So the mail I place in my mailbox is not going out until the next day. Would you also please explain why I am missing certain monthly bills that are not delivered, and since I do not have a notice of said bill delivered to my home, my payment is late and I'm hit with a late fee? Then, miraculously, the billing statement appears 5 to 6 days after the payment is due? Plus, in December, I did not receive any mail delivery for THREE days, and then in January I went another THREE days without any delivery. When I did get deliveries for those three missing days, my mailbox was jammed full. Not buying you had no mail for three days excuse! Our normal mail carrier, Mark, is great and a reliable postal carrier. Whoever you have filling in for him needs to be retrained and learn about keeping a schedule. What are you going to do to fix this issue that has gone on for the last two months? Is the Postal Service going to pay my late fees and fix the damage to my excellent credit rating? Or maybe I should just start using paperless statement from my creditors. They are surely more reliable than the Affton post office. Please get your act together and how will you respond to these issues?

When can we anticipate our next delivery service. Tesson Creek Estates did not have service this past Friday, Saturday, Monday (Holiday), or Tuesday. The week prior, we had service every day of the week. Where is the consistency? If you can not handle mail every day, make it a designated three days a week. Just make us aware. This makes no sense. PS: I have outgoing mail in my mailbox since last Thursday.

Since the week of Veterans Day, I have only been getting mail at my home every other day. When I called the Affton office, I was told this is because they are understaffed. So, what is the Postal Service doing to address the staffing issue? It appears you are satisfied with delivering less/inferior service. That is NOT a long-term strategy. When should I expect to start getting my mail on a daily basis again? (By the way, it is audacious that you plan to raise rates in 2023 while your service is so poor.)

Tracking says my package was delivered in my mailbox Jan. 28, 2020. It was not. I went to the USPS at Grasso. They found that the carrier had put it in someone else's mailbox and they would retrieve it and deliver to me. Haven't heard from them since. Oddly, I selected UPS as carrier when I ordered it, but Ups handed it off to USPS to deliver.

Just received my new 10+ phone thru USPS. Again the carrier set the package against my front wall of the house in plain view of the street, I have a bench sitting behind a hedge 2 feet from where he set the phone. It would be hidden from street view and protected by the overhang. I have called numerous times to request all packages be placed on this bench. They assure me this will be noted on my account going forward. Well, they are either liars or the delivery personnel are incompetent. A little of both I suspect. I have yet to get any package set on the bench. 15+ years I have requested each year. Costs them money because I ship NOTHING thru USPS and I inform all who want to listen to follow suit, maybe these jackasses will get off their A$$ES to save their own jobs. And you want raises again!!!!!

If my comment is not read by "postal employees", who reads it to solve my problem/question? If my sidewalk is not shoveled, does this mean I get no mail delivery? I am 85 years old and no one has offered to shovel.

Lousy service. Mail frequently not delivered. Monica at post office was not the least concerned. In fact she was rude. And they want a 5 cent increase!!!

I don't control who parks in my subdivsion or where they park, if it is during a work day and someone parks near my mail box i still NEED my mail delivered! the carrier will skip my house and not walk to my mail box. what is happening with the work ethics? I used to know mail carriers that actually walked to the mailbox. This is UNACCEPTABLE. DONT BE LAZY. I have lived in county over 10 years in same zip code and both cul de sacs and my mail carrier always walked to the box.

I didn't receive any mail one day last week and know because a letter I needed to go out wasn't picked up from our clip we use for outgoing mail; anyway, it happened again today and, point being, the letter will be later, hopefully not too late, if not put through today. Today's piece of mail isn't a crucial one but last week's was and I just wanted to say I am generally PLEASED with delivery here but one day last week and now today isn't good news. It may be a sub, don't know, just wanted to comment in the hopes this doesn't happen again and service will be restored to normal. Thanks for listening!

Affton - one large envelope was folded into fourths (large envelope always fits rolled gently and placed in box) and a birthday card wadded and shoved in. I thought I'd never get my mail out of my mail box.

I always get mail for the next street over with same house numbers. I mark it to redeliver to proper address and it stays in my mailbox like I haven't picked up my mail. Let's see if three hot pink post-its gets any attention tomorrow. Please train your employees to read English.
