I dropped off a package while their internet was down so they could not give me a receipt. The package was never scanned in and disappeared. There’s no evidence of me dropping it off since their cameras were down too. Pretty sure an employee stole the package.
In an attempt to mail federal and state tax returns, I was treated so poorly and with such disdain it was insufferable. Brenda (clerk #10) was completely rude and nasty. She embarrassed me in front of other clients and made me circulate back through the line due to the volume of certified receipts I was mailing. OK. But, once back to the front, she shoo-ed me away and said she wouldn't assist me until there "was no one else in line." Even the other patrons were aghast at her ugly behavior...ironic indeed. Tax payments with which she so forcefully resisted any assistance actually fund the USPS salaries.
Cathy was so great this morning! Very patient, extremely helpful, kind: a role model for customer service.

That lady with the short hair is absolutely horrible. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Unbelievable that she still has a job. We all know who I'm talking about.
Having a problem with my packages. They are being delivered to my neighbors instead of me. My last package Tracking # 1ZE48F80YW99575896 is reading delivered. I never received it!!!
Joan was incredibly rude to a man who had a wrong address. Rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and complained about him asking her if she could look it up again for him. She said it's not that easy. This is your job, Joan. You are lucky to have one. If helping customers is too much trouble, do something else. Too much negativity at the location.
Went today June 28, 2017 in the afternoon. So rude. The woman even went as far as cursing a customer that asked about money orders saying, " get in line and you can ask your stupid ass questions when it is your turn. I've been here all damn day and I'm tired." It was 3:30 pm. She was short with me as well. This is not the first time I went there; but it will be the last. She should be reprimanded for such behavior.
Awful and terribly rude. Have never seen such publicly rude behavior. This entire branch needs to be split up an have someone come in there that at least somewhat cares. I have seen them publicly humiliate people on more than one occasion an then talk about that customer to another customer. They are not helpful an will humiliate you if you do need help. They also move extremely slow an do not care about getting through the line. Which means there is ALWAYS a line. They also throw around papers an items such as a dismissal as teying to show how they do not care. Look i dont expect the best at the post office but i have never seen such ill and inappropriate behavior. I live very close but i am no longer using the post office to mail special items an decided to use fedex and will especially NEVER set foot in the brentwood branch ever again. This place should be ashamed of them selves.
