No mail in our neighborhood was picked up or delivered on Thursday, April 13th. We are the Woodlake community off North Woods Mill along Land o Woods and Forestlac Dr. I had three important items to be mailed, but they were not picked up, despite mine and several other flags being up in our mailbox row. Today the driver picked up the mail but did not deliver any mail to us. What is going on???

Creve Couer post office has posted hours of 0900-1830 weekdays. The office was closed by 1600 yesterday, Wednesday, 12/29/2021. No explanation given. Employees could be seen at their stations but said the office was closed, doors were locked.

Not a smile-on-the-face office. Sometimes it seems they are more lost that Charles Lindbergh’s son. Still waiting on a call from the manager to explain what happened to a lost package (3 months ago).

Just called because I was tired of the 1-800 automated useless system, and the post office employee at the Creve Coeur branch was pleasant and looked up what she could with my tracking number and case number. She couldn't help me any further than what she saw on the screen but was nice about it

Worst service ever. Had mailed forwarded because we moved one mile and didn't get our mail for two months. They were at a loss to explain where it all went. I then had my mail held over a weekend and still hadn't gotten mail by the following Wednesday. This location is chaos at best. If you need your mail in a timely manner, the Pony Express would serve you better. Way to go.
