This is ridiculous!!these people never answer the phones!!

Hello, when will you deliver my package? the tracking status have shown arrived at the post office since July 20, then never update further again. What is the matter? Today is July 28, now. Please send faster dear. Tracking number is "LX024213844TH" Please!

what good is it to have USPS they never answer the phones, they DO NOT deliver the mail, They give you they run around. I paid for 4 different address changes still have not received any mail. Waited on package for a month contact USPS staff twice about the matter just for package to be sent back. If I could use another service other then USPS I would because the service sucks and the staff that have been working for the postal service over 20+ years needs to go home. Very dissatisfied customer. o by the way been on for 20 mins and its just ringing still no answer. I keep calling back because I have time today.

I’ve been calling for some days now and no one seems to be able to pick up the phone. Why display a number if no one is going to offer customer assistance. Worst post office ever .

Tg is location will not answer their phones! What good is it to have a postal service that won't answer their phones. Can't complain but it's terrible that even the postal service won't offer customer service to the community. One person did answer and just hung up the phone. Only in the South! It's aggravating and a hassle that people won't just do their jobs that they are getting good money to do.
