I am very upset because I sent a package off on January 9 from Chicago to Jackson Ms with the understanding my daughter would get it Friday January 11. Today is Monday January 14th and she still has not received her package. She has a very important event today and what she need is inside the box. The tracking app is saying package was delivered but no one can find it.
