I have not received any mail from anybody outside Meridian, MS for several weeks and I need several statements from some of my creditors that should have been here 2-3 week ago. Even a statement from my bank that is not located in Meridian Should have been her 2 weeks ago Not too long ago I had a package sitting in Jackson for over a week before it was shipped to Meridian, No point going to the post office to get answers, they don't have any, last I was at the post office the clerk I talked to just, without notice, turned around picked up her bag from Wendy's and left me standing there.. This is getting very frustrating.
This post office need something or someone who can answer the phone during business hours. Something need to be done about deliver of mail when you know damn well you didn’t deliver the package. Can’t contact main post service. Just ridiculous
I sent a package from South Africa over two months ago which it should ha e gotten to my brother within a 10 day period. Funny thing is, is the fact that the package has been setting at the post office since the 8th of November. These postal services suck ass.
I have sent a mail a month ago it came back[ return to sender insufficient address unable to forward return to sender] the address is mississippi regional houseing authority 298 northside drive .p o box newton ms 39345 .why is my mail keep coming back? .I hope I have not lost my apartment.
In the last week, I have had a total of 7 packages that I ordered from amazon and had sent to an address in meridian, just disappear into thin air.
TJ, the “office manager”? Sent 2 people to my nephews house AFTER I told him not to and that I would contact him; sent 2 people to his house to find out if I was lying about the packages not being there. They were never delivered!
The delivery woman, TJ told me actually went into the computer herself and manually put that the 6 packages were in fact delivered, but they weren’t. HOW are employees allowed to do that? If they were in fact delivered, why weren’t they scanned at the time of delivery?
Today, I ordered my stepdaughter a book, I got one for her and one for me, mine came with no issue. Hers was SUPPOSDD to be delivered via the USPS. It says it was delivered, doesn’t say where, but there’s no package there. My stepdaughter saw the mail being delivered and there was no package.
TJ is the exact opposite of someone I would want in a manager, he told me he wanted to make it right with me, but that he would not be refunding my packages.
What else would I want? That’s be whole reason we are in this mess.
Someone stole my packages. They don’t go from being in the truck out for delivery to just nothing. Disgusting behavior and people
It is impossible to reach this post office using the telephone number posted above. I made repeated attempts (during business hours). The line rings 10 times, then cuts to a busy signal. IT IS NEVER ANSWERED.
