Have been trying to get our mail key for a month. Workers are not helpful and repeat the same thing about needing their manager to approve it. Have visited the location 6 times and have not made any progress. Attempted to get mail held but the office returned the packages despite filling out the proper paperwork.
I have not received my mail now for 8 days!!! This has been the longest bout! This has been going on for a good year now, but enough is enough. We are getting late fees on bills, missing important mail and this is beginning to create a problem for the well being of my family and our responsibility as adults.
I have called and been hung up on, I have filed a complaint online with no follow up, and I have gone in person to ask for my mail. I even offered to deliver my neighborhood mail myself. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done. I know you are short staffed, I know. But that is not the people’s problem. It’s not ok to not bring people their mail!
I am exploring other options to be directed on a path to rectify this issue at the Belgrade Post Office. Ya all need help! There has to be something done to get you out of this situation. It’s just not ok!
My mail is only being delivered about twice a week. now they even quit delivering my newspaper that is sent through the mail. I haven't received a paper in 9 days but twice now I received political ads.
I get that there is a labor shortage. What I don't get is how a box clearly labeled gets delivered to the wrong address. The contents was a box set of vinyl lp albums which sat outside in the 95 degree sun at the wrong address and no one was home.

The mail carrier just slowed down enough to relay he couldn’t deliver the mail until the pile of snow was moved away from the side of the mail box. The snow plows put the pile of snow in front of the mail box. He can’t get out of his truck to walk his fat ass three feet to deliver mail to two mail boxes? This is Montana and mail carriers should be used to delivering mail in this type of weather.
I‘m keeping track of how many days without mail delivery, today is day 2. Keep it up USPS, you’re earning your shitty rep!
st-++I have a complaint. I was home yesterday when the driver was to lazy to walk up to the house to place the packages. Meanwhile my dogs got into the packages and torn them apart. Just got home yesterday after 2 weeks of being in the hospital with COVID I have no idea if there are still items strewn about the yard. 5155 Round Mountain Road Belgrade+++ A example of pure lazyness that they can't walk to the door

Twice this week we have had crappy mail carrier decisions made. One was a package just dropped in the street in front of our mailbox, and today a package crammed in the mailbox so tight i had to open it and empty it to get it out of the mailbox. Not cool on either count. Idaho st in belgrade.
GREAT Customer Service. I had an issue with a package that was addressed wrong due to a computer error. They were spot on trying to help me. Very much appreciated!!!!
