My mailbox froze last m Night and I can’t get my mail. I have things that can freeze . What do I do.

Tracking Number: 9374869903505680235552 I have run out of options trying to find this package. It was handed off to the usps in billings, on 11/02, by DHL. However, by that time we had sent a forwarding notice for mail to our Scottsdale home, 15095 N Thompson Peak Pkwy, #1024, 85260, the item arrived, much later than we anticipated. I appears that all mail to us, has been forwarded, that we are aware of except this. Every email, complaint address given to me by USPS, has ended up a bust. We forward our mail each winter, my wife, a CCRN, works critical care in billings (summer) and phoenix (winter), as an essential worker. The mail for Korehealth is a medical pkg for her. I have emailed, tried to call, you name it, but the only person I have talked to was a super from the Scottsdale PO, who says she can't do anything, it appears the item is lost, or in a container somewhere, but no one seems to know, I can't get any help. I am in AZ or I would talk to my postman or go to the pioneer branch and find out what is going on. You are frustrating to work with. It is only a couple hundred dollar item, but any info would be appreciate, lost, destroyed, cancelled, returned, what ever.
