For a second time, I got someone else's package in the lock box. This time, whatever neighbor who got my packages, did not return them. This time the packages were delivered on Sept. 12th, but I never got them. I had someone else's package in my lock box and I brought it to their house. I think there is some temporary person who delivered that day and seems to always screw things up.

I have an opinion. This is a very poor example of how public service jobs like federal employers and their employees are so inconsistent, unreliable, scattered, present them selves poorly to the customers and the public, seem to be only serving their own personal unprofessional agendas, very unhelpful. aloof, arrogant and entitled personalities..and very terrible mail delivery. Nothing is consistent. I paid overnite Xpress (very pricey) and the tracking page listed delivery time...I waited all day as (I DO NOT LIVE IN MY ACTUAL MAILBOX)...and the carrier knows where I live but because it was late and I assume he/she wanted to git home as fast as he/she wanted so the carrier shoved the slip as fast as possible as if it were part of her agenda and I came running out the house and with her bad customer service smirk she drove off as fast as she could. Sickening! Fed EX has USPS by FOREVER! Now package lost and no phone of course to call anyone just weird answering machines and frumpy looken' UNPROFESSIONAL so called Federal Employees. USPS should be forced to PERFORM like FED EX but too out of shape and government inefficient! Neptism REEKS! God Bless me and the civilian residents and Montana homeowners! Zip code 59105 (tell postal employees to stop sleeping and smoking cigs and smelling of booze on routes!) Clean UP!

I have been having an issue with the postwoman being afraid of my Chihuahuas because one jumped up on her in an excited state and nipped at her. Today, she rang my bell to deliver a package. The dogs got out and followed her, barking, down the stairs. She yelled and kicked at them. At the bottom of the stairs, she took out her mace and sprayed it. My 7lb dog is now acting weird on account of this action. She seems distressed and won't leave my side. I called a vet and they said that they never heard of any dog getting sprayed like this before. If she doesn't get better soon, I will have to bring her in. The whole situation is so upsetting to me. Why are delivery persons not trained to deal with dogs since they come into contact with them so often? Even little children know how to approach dogs and know enough to freeze if they are scared of getting bit. Antagonizing small dogs by yelling and kicking at them is not doing a situation any good. I don't understand the anger that this postwoman displays but I hope it is only directed at me and my dogs, and that she does not go around spraying dogs any time she feels a little bit intimidated. It is not safe and it escalates the situation.

Why would she be afraid of Chihuahuas. My grandma had one and she was very protective of her. But mostly what they do is bark constantly and will come at you but I haven’t ever heard of one biting someone so hard they drew blood!
