Privatizing the USPS is LONG OVERDUE !!! I'm tired of incompetence and uncaring attitudes. You had my package in your hands 10 days ago, to be delivered just a few blocks away from your facility, and now you can't find it ?!?!?
have been trying to reach post office by phone all day. message mailbox is full and after placing 11 calls today during business hours have been unable to reach a human. answering system takes you in a spiral loop and you do not reach a person. messages say to reach us by phone during these hours but seems this is impossible. Very disappointing
Small 1st class package is now over a week later than promised. It is tracking number, 9500116023070352361552 . If you look at all the places it has been (and sometimes stayed 2 days in two of the locations), this is ridiculous
It lingered 3 days in BREMERTON, WA 12/17 - 12/20
It arrived at December 20, 2020, 9:49 pm at Kent WA
Three days later it made it to SEATTLE
A day after that it went to MISSOULA
The day after that it went to Butte and stayed there 3 DAYS
After leaving Butte, it went to Billings
December 29, 2020, 1:25 am it left Billings (not saying where it going,
but it sure as hell better be Bozeman. (please look into this case
Had an issue with a package to be sent to Canada and the wonderful folks (ladies) at this Post Office were very helpful and got the package units way with no hassles!
