The postal carrier for Pinecroft Rd is not delivering our Amazon Prime packages to the designated bin at the end of our drive. Instead an orange undeliverable slip is left in our mailbox requesting pickup. The other neighbors on our road are receiving their packages fine. Is the carrier penalizing us because we’ve inquired at the office about this issue? Please please Mr Postman….

Why do you have phones everywhere and NO ONE ever answers????? I only have one simple question as I am not able to come in as I am handicapped, my question please is: when shipping a box to Worthing, England is the cost of shipping due to the size of the box or the weight of the box? simple enough question and would have only taken someone 5 sec. to respond to me, but no one there answering any phones,WHY???? Thank you, could you PLEASE write and tell me.
