Government employee delivering mail to a very diverse population in Asheville and being so disrespectful and racist. The mail man was bringing two boxes to my home. I was sitting out on my porch with my dog (a female chihuahua, no more than 15" tall) The mail man threw my boxes at the entrance of my drive way because my dog barked at him and tried to play. He asked me to get my dog and I friendly said "it's fine she wont follow you" I was thinking he was afraid she was going to follow him to the road. He then said he was going to complain about that and that he should not be delivering mail to "MY KIND OF PEOPLE" Then I realized he was being an ass and called my dog since he looked liked he was going to kick her and she is super small. I have been trying to talk to someone to ask not to have the same man deliver my mail because of his nasty attitude but have been on the phone for over 45 minutes and still waiting for someone to answer. We get mail every single day and will not like the same man deliver my mail ever again since I can't change "MY KIND OF PEOPLE"... that's just his own personal problem and he needs to find a different job if he does not like to deal with diverse people. So very disappointed.

The flag was up at 34 Harvard Pl and by 6:51 pm the mail was not picked up. Irritating there is no place to complain.

Government employee, dealing with people all day long and a stupid moron does not have the respect to wear a mask! I told her to put one on and she smirked and said if it will make you feel better oh, and then she hung it over her mouth about halfway and pushed my package out of the way. Are plenty of people that need jobs, need to fire a few and replace them.

I did not have mail service yesterday. I have bill to hospital in my mailbox, still sitting there. This is not the first time this has happened. I have called 4 phone numbers listed on internet and NONE are valid OR they don't give option for this issue. Not a happy USPS customer and this will reduce my use of your entity.

This has been my post office for over 15 years. Today for the first time in all that time I was astounded by the customer service I received. You see I went in looking for a package, but the lady behind the counter must have decided she didn't feel like working because her response was simply that it was probably wasn't there yet, and she proceeded to smile at me with this antagonistic smile. The other lady, Liz was her name, jumped in from across (talking loud enough for all to hear my business) the post office while they both smirking, Liz stated - and not to me by the way, but to the other lady with who's name I didn't catch - that the number I provided wasn't even a USPS tracking number. I was able to locate the correct number and asked the gentlemen to step in and actually go look for my package. I have to admit, I almost felt as if I was in high school again, except I was dealing with two 50 or 60 year old women. Government employee's no less. Now perhaps my appearance in this rainy afternoon was not at it's finest, however I assure you that I am well educated, I treat people with respect, and expect to be treated the same. Especially in front of my 12 year old child. I can see why these two women feel as free as they want to treat people like that, because trying to find someone to talk to about it is like pulling my hair out!! That said, I will keep trying as they will remain my post office as long as I'm a home owner here on the West side. But perhaps a lesson in maturity and customer service is needed here.
