I send my bill payment (3) on 09/03 /2021 , but they didn’t got it ..so now I get the bill for next month with money fee for later the bill ..let me know!!!..you lost it !!!

Received a package today - cut open and part of it missing. Reported it. Vote by mail? Nope.

Attn: Postmaster When I have received misdelivered mail or mail sent to a previous occupant, I have put the posted items back in my mailbox after writing "Moved" or "Not at this address on the item" on the item. I am heartfully sorry to confess that two years ago I put items back in the box when "or current resident" was somewhere on the envelop. However, this week, returned mail have been left in the box by the carrier for three days. If there has been a change in practice that permits me to dispose of mail addressed to another party, please refer me to the regulation and I will be happy to recycle the mail that you cannot deliver. I would not take it upon myself to do that without your written instruction. Thanks for your prompt reply, postmaster. This is a common occurrence. Thank you.

The Belmont P.O. has been bad for years. They put mail in wrong boxes, skip boxes, snap at you when you confront them with a problem. They are haughty and are accountable to no one. They take the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer the many complaint calls. Horrible!!!

Whenever attempting to call this location, it rings once then goes straight to a busy signal.

Belmont /cramerton postal carriers ar loosing our mail in droves I walk my dog and pick up dropped mail constantly, they loose my bills ,water power , utilities and cause all kinds of problems. This needs to be fixed hire some one who can read. I am going to contact the postmaster general Megan Brennan and let her know about Cramerton / Belmont employes.
