I would give 0 stars if I could. We constantly get other people’s mail and ours is “misplaced”. We have had to go get our package because it was “too heavy.” We have not been home for over a week due to having a baby and being at the hospital today we got a package with a hand written note telling us to empty our mailbox or our packages will be returned. They delivered the packages…went back to the van wrote the note then got back out and put the note on the packages on my porch in the rain. But it was so much trouble to bring the packages to begin with. Lazy lazy employees.

Everytime we go away we fill out a yellow card to hold our mail. The instructions always say either we will pick up upon return, or the date to restart the mail. When we returned yesterday our mailbox was chocked full of mail that had been delivered on the away dates. Very important mail was overflowing out of the box. This is not the first time. In fact it happens almost Everytime we put a hold on it. Our frustration is overwhelming. It does not help to report it to the postmaster as she just says sorry. What else can we do to resolve this problem?

I would like to file a formal complaint. On two separate occasions, instead of receiving packages that we ordered, we received a pink slip saying they attempted, but were unable to deliver. On both occasions, either myself or my boyfriend were present in the home the entire day. The second occasion, the packages in question were very important, and now I am not able to get them until Tuesday (my day off). It's currently Saturday. No one came to the door. There was absolutely no attempt to deliver the packages, and that is utterly unacceptable. What is the point of paying for shipment of a package, when they are never delivered? I would like to be contacted in order to provide my address so the correct route is dealt with. I can be reached at the email provided. I will also be making mention of this when I pick up my packages in Tuesday.
