I am very pleased with services and staff at the Carolina Beach Post Office. In fact, I've never visited a P.O. as efficient, professional, well managed and with staff as courteous and helpful. The manager has been accessible, responsive and has gotten involved personally to help me resolve some change of address processing mistakes which I made. It is a pleasure to visit the Carolina Beach P.O.

I had to mail some packages today at the Carolina Beach Post Office and saw three people not wearing masks inside. Why isn't there a sign on the door coming in that masks are required? Not one employee said anything to the people not wearing a mask. I had to call each one out and don't think that is my job. I have an underlying condition and I would think that the postal employees want to stay safe, too. Please respond, thank you.

I am pleased with the service...in general. I am reacting a beach condo for several months and have packages that need to be delivered to my temporary address. I would like to see some consistency in where the packages are delivered. Ideally outside of my 1st floor door...but inside the ground level stair entry door is fine too. 512 Carolina Beach Ave N 1A.
