Someone’s car parked in front of my mailbox!!! That’s why it’s wasn’t delivered!!! The car is not apart of my house hold!!! Can there be away it can still get delivered?????

The line is currently 13 people deep with only 1 clerk working. This is a CONSISTENT issue at this post office, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. Appalling.

I have learned recently that the postman or lady does not come everyday, new to me CSU’s I don’t check my mail everyday.l I came to this reality right now because I made an appointment got my package to be picked up but you all did not keep your word nor did you get the package I am disabled so I have to get rides and other challenges I have when I can so when no one showed I was very disappointed. I have mailed 2 checks[bills] that at were put in the box inside the post office and neither check was received by the recipient. They were mailed on the same day. I find that very suspicious. I had to stop payment on each bill and pay an interest fee.

I have been to the post office 4 times about my mail..the drivers are too lazy to get out and delivery it..my neighbor and I just watched as he delivered he stopped at her box which is across the street and put 3 different people mail in it..her address is 1008 mine is 1006 and the other mail is 1000..all names are different I think my next step is congressman..I have important things due..I am missing 3 packages..no since at all..it’s got to where they write stuff down at post office but I guess the mailman can’t not read names nor numbers..getting pretty mad about the whole deal..they don’t answer phones when u try to call..going to write a letter to congressman as soon as I get done here..they need more intelligence..

I've had a problem with receiving my mail for over a year now. Then I find out today that my mail may be being sent to a "non deliverable" mail area. I'm so disappointed. I waited for 45 on a manager to come help me that never came. The 2 young ladies that did assist me were very nice and professional, yet they weren't who I needed to talk to cause they had no access to getting to my information. Was told several times I could wait on a manager "but it was gonna be a while"! I think my situation would have taken all of 5 mins if the manager could have found time to come and assist a customer as well CUSTOMER SERVICE should. I'm very displeased. This is so unacceptable.

6/16 post office has 15 people waiting on line, one person working counter???? you need more employees at counter on Saturday mornings. I get everybody mail at my address in The Woodlands Community, these employees need to be trained. This post office sucks. Belks sent several bills to my home and they all returned, confirmed my name and address is correct. Why your employees not doing their job. This has caused by account to be delinquent.

Worst post office ever. Bad mail carrier. Half the time they skip my house even when I have out going mail. I have ordered the same package twice. Both times it made it to the truck but not my mail box. When I tried to file a complaint I was told I could only do it online. Could not find that option. Called the 800# and that was an hour wait. Called the office back and I could have filed my complaint there in the office. The guy lied to me several times and would not give he his name.

The employees AT The Sunset station are very unprofessional, as itype I am still on hold waiting for a Monica to return to the phone after I explained to her I need a name of another employee that was rude on phone...and I have been on hold for 27 minutes.....I need this information asap

This has to be worst post office ever. I do not understand how you can not tell me where a packages location is but I can receive a notification via text message saying that my package was delivered and to the wrong address at that. I do not understand. Need to have better mail carriers who know exactly what they are doing in my area code in which the oakdale station delivers I have had up to 4 different mail carriers and mail is always placed in the wrong mail box. Upset and the United States Post Office needs to do better with their customer service. Upset customer
